Health yesterday caused a warrant to be isued for Harry Wright custodian of school buildings for the sale of milk at the Manual Train ing High School lunch stand that was be low the standard or 36 per cent fat Day before yesterday Robert ander a milk inspector went to the school and paid for a sample of the milk An examination of the sample according to Clarke city chemist developed the fact that it was only 31 per cent in but ter fat Chemist Clarke said that the milk had not been but that it had the appearance of having been skimmed Wright it Is understood has for some time had the privilege of furnishing food at the lunch counter paying $10 a month for the right Charles Moores a member of the School Board when seen yesterday concerning the charge against Wright said: have understood lor some time that Mr Wright had an interest in the lunch counter at the school and I believe that since he took charge of it the quality of tood has been improved Before he took it the city derived nothing from the sale of the food there ONLY ONE COMPLAINT "rom time to time I have asked the teachers of the school about the service and they have said that it was good Since he has been there I have heard of only one Mr Wright could not be seen yesterday but a friend suggested that It was pos sible that the sample was taken from a can after much of the milk had been taken out He said that if
