ot which A Lindsay is agent in this city The main point of the defense appeared to be that the tug was insured above the value set upon her at the time the application was made to the agent Mr Lindsay Mallory offered a resolution to expunge from the journal that portion referring to the admission of Mr Brooks yesterd saying his admission was not the action ot the Senate but of the President
