Nielsen ratings made public Tuesday.

The ratings, for the second week of the new TV season, showed that while the NBC program moved from third to first place in popularity, The New Land repeated its last-place performance of two weeks ago. Two new ABC shows which Want ads get results. KTVK-TV premiered last weekend Nakia and The Sonny Comedy Revue, the latter Sonny Bono's debut as a solo performer also did poorly in the week's standings. The Bono show was ranked 41st and Nakia 55th in overall viewer popularity out of 61 entertainment shows rated last week. Two veteran series NBC's Ironside, now in its eighth season, and ABC's Odd Couple, now in its fifth year drew low ratings marks for the second consecutive week.

The top-rated 20 shows for the week of Sept. 16-22 were: Chico and the Man, NBC; All in the Family, CBS; Sanford and Son, NBC; stars. 8:30 p.m. (5) Merv Griffin: Guests include Milton Berle Art Lionkletter. MOVIES 19 a.m.

(AP) The "Tomorrow" show with host Tom Snyder will move from Los Angeles to New York City beginning Dec. 3, the president of NBC television announced Tuesday night. In what was termed an impromptu announcement at a reception. President Herbert Schlosser said Snyder would host the network's Sunday Night News from New York and would anchor the Evening News Monday through Friday on the NBC flagship station, WNBC-TV in New York.

Snyder, now nightly news anchorman on KNBC-TV in Los Angeles, will replace Jim Hartz on the WNBC news program.
