THE TWO-MILE collece race which may prove to be the show- stopper sends Occidental College of California against Georgetown Fordham and Manhattan.

Occidental came East with three of ithe four runners who set an out- door two-mile record of 7:22.8 last spring. The mile relays, of course, draw the most attention and cheering because the team which makes the fastest time receives the John G. Anderson Memorial Trophy, one of the two coveted over-all trophies at the meet. The other is the Rodman Wana-maker Award, which goes to the outstanding athlete of the meet. Morgan State College won the Anderson Trophy last year with a 3:21.1 mile but isn't expected to retain it in a race against Pitts burgh, Winston-Salem and North Carolina College.
