Miss Stringfellow is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Hill Howard of Opelika and Ralph Augustus Stringfellow and the late Mrs.
Ruth Viola Stringfellow of Jacksonville. She is a graduate of Weaver High School and is employed at Conso, Inc. Mr. Williams is the grandson of Calvin Roscoe Williamson and the late Mrs. Keturah Williamson of Postville, Iowa, and Mr.
and Mrs. P. W. Williams of Lincoln. He is also a graduate of Weaver High School and is currently serving in the United States Navy in Orlando, Fla.
Mr. and Mrs! John E. Decker of Piedmont announce the engagement of their daughter Susan Elizabeth, to Robert Powell, son of Mr. and Mrs. William S.
Powell of North Augusta, S. C- The wedding is planned for September 21 at 8 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Piedmont. Miss Decker is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Sydnell Barnwell of Denver, and the late Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Decker of Selma.
She is a graduate of Piedmont High school and is employed in Atlanta. Mr. Powell is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Thomas Powell of Aiken County, S.
and the late Mr. and Mrs. William H. Baker of Augusta, Ga. A graduate of North Augusta High school, he attended the University of South Carolina and is now owner and operator of Powel Magic Mist Carpet Cleaning Company of Atlanta.
Zinsmeister-Price Mr. and Mrs. Karl Zinsmeister of Chicago, 111., announce the engagement of their daughter, Janet, to Peter P. Price, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Jack C. Price of Anniston. The wedding is planned for August 11 at 2 p.m. at Bethany Union church in Chicago. Miss Zinsmeister is a graduate of Illinois State University and Cottey College.
She is currently employed by the department of Defense Overseas Dependents Schools as a reading specialist and kindergarten teacher in Pusan, Korea. Mr. Price is a graduate of Athens College and will receive his master's degree from Jacksonville State University.
