ROSSI, DEANNE N. ROBERTA E. "TISSY" GALLAGHER AGE: 87 PEEKSKILL Roberta E. "Tissy" Gallagher, age 87, of Peekskill, NY passed away on June 28, 2015atSt. Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam, NY surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on January 8, 1928 in Peekskill to Margaret and Arthur Grab. Roberta attended local area schools and was a graduate of Peekskill High School. On July 18, 1953 she married Charles B. Gallagher at the Assumption church in Peekskill. He predeceased her in October of 1996.

Roberta is survived by four children; George Gallagher of Peekskill, Charlann (Dr. James) Charland of Amsterdam, NY, Erin (Alexander) Newton of Cortlandt Manor and Lynn (James) Gilchrist of Mahopac, NY. Six grandchildren: Dr. Jamie Charland, Ryan Charland, Thomas and Kayla Newton and James and Casey Gilchrist. Also surviving is a sister, Catherine Brophy of Peekskill.

Visitation is today, Tuesday, 4pm to 7pm at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, Peekskill, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday, at the Assumption Church. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery. The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to Dr.

Frank was born on November 3, 1931 to Louis and Connie Alter in Brooklyn, NY.

He graduated from LaSalle Military Academy and later served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He continued his studies at Villanova University. After graduation, he remained an active alumnus. He worked as a specialist on the floor of the American Stock Exchange and as a partner of the Kalb-Voorhis firm.

Beloved husband of 52 years to Sally (Healey) Alter, dear father of Thomas Alter, Mark Alter, Peggy Alter, Marialice (Alter) Chipman, Michael Alter, Eileen Alter, and Judy (Alter) Flynn. Proud grandfather to his 10 wonderful grandchildren. Loving brother to William Alter, Sr. Mary Alter RSHM, and Sr. Alice Alter RSHM.

Frank was an active parishioner of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Scarsdale. He spent his summers with family and friends in Belgrade Lakes, Maine. He was a longtime volunteer with the Meals on Wheels program. For 52 years he enjoyed rounds of golf and good friends as a member of Wykagyl Country Club in New Rochelle, NY. Calling hours will be Tuesday 7-9pm, Wednesday 2-4 pm and 7-9pm.

Funeral is at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Scarsdale on Thursday at 11:00 am. 87, died on 628201 5, arrangements by Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home Deanne Rossi was born October 15, 1943 to Ann and Dennis Rossi in Queens, New York. She died peacefully on June 28, 2015 in Phelps Hospital after recent years of serious medical issues. Deanne studied Graphic Arts at Pratt Institute. She found great enjoyment in her art work and photography.

Her work was exhibited in local art shows and at the Ossining Public Library. She had so much fun at street fairs meeting people and selling her art work. She managed the Reader Service at Modern Photography magazine and held various positions in retail sales. Deanne was a Mental Health advocate having benefited from Behavioral Counseling Services at Phelps Hospital. Her weekly Wednesday group was a top priority in her schedule.

She adopted three homeless cats-Michie, Minnie, and Maxie-who gave her endless love and joy. After caring for her severely disabled former husband, Deanne moved to Ossining and in 2001 to Ridgecroft Estates in Tarrytown where she spent many happy years. She loved decorating her apartment with interesting pieces she found at Phelps Hospital's Cherry Door shop. Her prized find-an oak antique roll top desk-gave her many hours of pleasure. Shopping at Cherry Door and chatting with Shelley and Maria, the volunteers, was one of her favorite past times.

GRACE E. FINNERTY (NEE MARCHAK) AGE: 86 HASTINGS Grace E. Finnerty (nee Marchak) of Hastings (formerly of Yonkers) died on Sunday June 28, 2015 at age 86. She was born on March 22, 1929 to Joseph and Emma (Briskovich) Marchak in Yonkers where she was raised and graduated from Gorton HS and the Cochran School of Nursing. Mrs.

Finnerty was a registered nurse and worked in the labor delivery department at St. John's hospital for over 30 years; retiring in 1992. On May 3, 1952 she married William K. Finnerty in Most Holy Trinity Church; he died on July 7, 2007. Mrs.

Finnerty is survived by her 7 children; 5 daughters; Leslie, Doreen, Jacqueline, Mary Jo (John) D'Alessandro and Alison Lindhammer and 2 sons; Kerry (Patricia) and Kevin-YFD (Beth) Finnerty. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren; Erin, Christopher, Christian, Kyla, Brian, Kate, Luke, Jack, Andra, Samantha and Billy and 2 great-grandsons; Will and Brendan and her sister Frances Tacyn. Visiting hours will be at the Whalen Ball Funeral Home on Tuesday (today) from 4-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be in Sacred Heart Church on Wednesday, July 1st at Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.

Born on July 22, 1 960, son of David and Yvonne (nee Garay) Mignotte. He worked for 19-yrs as a nuclear plant operator at the Indian Point Nuclear Power Plant in Buchanan. At that time Stephen was the youngest certified nuclear plant operator in New York State. Stephen is survived by his father, David Mignotte and his 2 brothers, Gilbert Hernandez and Christopher Mignotte. He is also survived by his aunt, Jianill Trujillo, and 2 cousins, Marcus and Edwin Trujillo.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 1st from 9-1 1am at the E.O. Curry Funeral Home, Peekskill, where a service will be offered at 11am, followed by interment in the Mt. Kleban, age 72, passed away suddenly on June 27, 2015. Survived by children Daniel and Matthew, daughters-in-law Janet and Rosa, and grandchildren David, Abigail, Lillian, Esme and Aaron. A graduate of Alfred University, she spent 36 years at Professional Children's School as a teacher, principal and associate head of school, and following retirement, she continued as a part-time alumni liaison. She always said she loved going to work every day and felt fortunate to work with such exceptional staff and students. She was a naturally warm person with a genuine interest in getting to know all people.

She was beloved by her lifelong friends and the new friends she continued to make each day. Everyone who knew her spoke of her generosity and her reflexive need to offer solace and support, which she did with an open heart, a warm smile and an understated sense of humor. The funeral will be 11 a.m. June 30 at Larchmont Temple. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Professional Children's School.

Mrs. Mary J. Barile passed away on June 27, 2015, at the age of 93. Mary was born on Feb. 13, 1922 in White Plains to Gaetano and Vera (Mercantante) Arrigo.

She is survived by three children, Jacqueline (Anthony) Pasqualini of Purchase NY. Patrick (Diane) Barile of Fort Worth Texas, and Marie (Peter) Matzek of Beacon NY. Also surviving are 10 loving grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren, one dear sister Theresa Denike, and sister-in-law Florence Arrigo. She was predeceased by three brothers and 3 sisters. An avid tennis player and golfer, he enjoyed his winters in Florida after his retirement. He is survived by his wife of almost 41 years, Susan, his children David, Jim, Debbie and Dan, and 6 grandchildren. Services were held on June 22 at Menorah Chapels. DEL BENE, ANTHONY L. Anthony Del Bene, of Yorktown Heights, NY died peacefully at home on June 29.2015 after losing his battle with cancer. Tony was born on December 2, 1955 in Palena Itally. In 1977, Tony graduated Fordham Universtiy with a B.S., in Finance and Computer Science in 1984 received M.B.A, in Computer Science from Pace University. For 26 years, Tony worked for Kraft Foods and then 10 years for Proctor and Gamble as a technology director.

Beloved husband of Angela (Capobianco) Del Bene of 36 years. Devoted son of Maria and the late Nicola Del Bene. Loving son-in-law of Mary (Maselli) and the late Rudolf Capobianco. Dear brother-in-law of Peter (Dianna) Capobianco, Paul (Anita) Capobianco, Debra Haag and the late Harold Haag. Fond brother of Jerry Del Bene.

Loving uncle of Jessica Haag and fiance Bryan Antoncic and late Peter Capobianco Jr. Tony is also survived by many close friends who supported and loved him unconditionally.
