J. D. Ramsey of Wheelock, and Lynn Rumfield, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rumfield of Edge, were married at the First Baptist Church here on Friday evening at seven o'clock.

Maid of honor was Miss Settle Ramsey of Franklin, the best man was Edward Rumfield. brother of the groom. The bride was given in marriage by her father. The bride's gown was an empire style of organza over taffeta, with shoulder length net -veil held in place with orange blossoms. Miss Edith Melton played the wedding music, a medley of traditional love songs.

The Rev. Clifton Barnett officiated. Mr. Rumfield is a graduate of East Texas University at Naeogdoehes. They plan to live at Edge.

The wedding was attended by relatives only, as was the reception at the bride's home here. Little Kelly and Conlee Ann, daughters of and Mrs. Allen E. Wilson of Denver, Colorado flew in to visit with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs, Conlee Wilson.
