Monday through Wednesday, discussion sessions will be held at 10 o'clock each morning and 7:30 each nigh at. The public is invited to attend. Mrs. Ruth Coulter Dies Mrs. Ruth Smith Coulter, 66, of 3 363 South Road, Town of Poughkeepsie, died Friday at Vassar Hospital after a short illness.

She was born in Lynbrook, L.I., March 26, 1909, the daughter of Frederick and Florence (Jones) Smith. An area resident since 1930, she was president of the Poughkeepsie Visiting Nurses Service and past president of the Poughkeepsie Day Nursery. She was a member of the Mahwenawasigh Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, Poughkeepsie; the Daughters of New England Women; Colonial Dames of America; the Dutchess Golf and Country Club, and Christ Episcopal Church. She was an honorary member of the Poughkeepsie Tennis Club and a volunteer ambulance driver with the Dutchess County Red Cross during World War II. Her husband, Dr.

John M. Coulter a Poughkeepsie dentist, died on Dec. 28, 1969. She is survived by her daughter, Sally Smith Coulter, with whom she made her home; a son, John M. Coulter Poughkeepsie; a sister, Mrs.

Edward G. Wolf, Brooklyn, two grandchildren, a niece and two nephews. A memorial service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Christ Episcopal MRS. COULTER Church, 20 Carroll St.

Mr. Bernhardsen, a retired building contractor, resided in Sarasota for four years. He was a member of the Sarasota Grange and Bee Ridge Methodist Church and was an honorary member of the Stanford Grange. He was born in Norway, Jan. 15, 1898.

Mr. Bernhardsen is survived I by his wife, Mary, a son, daughter and four grandchildren. Services were conducted at the Wilson Funeral Home, Sarasota and burial was in Sarasota Memorial Gardens. The Stanford Grange will conduct a memorial service Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Bengall United Methodist Church, where Mr.
