Morris Orlin, In Her 63rd Year PASSAIC, N.J. -Mrs. Morris Orlin, 62, of 120 VanHouten a former resident of 24 Wildwood Drive, Town of Poughkeepsie, died Thursday in Passaic. The former Dora Melnik, she was born in New York City, Oct. 17, 1906.

Mrs. Orlin formerly resided in Israel for a year. Mrs. Orlin is survived by her husband, Morris, who owned the former Victoria Coat Company, of Poughkeepsie. Funeral services and burial were scheduled for today in Passaic.

John Podolski, 63, In Beacon BEACON John A. Podloski, 63, of 510 Main a retired crane operator at the Dennings Point Brick Works, died unexpectedly on Thursday. Born in Danville, Feb. 10, 1905, he was the son of the late Michael and Rose Podloski. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a communicant of St.

Joachim's Church, Beacon. Mr. "Podioski is survived by his wife, the former Noretta Ticehurst; three brothers, Joseph, Frank, and Michael Podloski, all of Beacon; a sister, Mrs. Andrew (Victoria) Lucas, Glenham; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be Saturday at 9:15 a.m.

McMillan, 61, Derick Drive, manager of technical services for the Texaco Research Center, Glenham, died Thursday at Vassar Hospital, Poughkeepsie. Born in Goldfield, Oct. 31, 1907, he was the son ofthe late Daniel, A. and Elizabeth (Coakley) McMillan. He was a graduate of the California, Institute of Technology, Pasa dena, Calif.

A resident of Fishkill "since 1931, Mr. McMillan formerly resided in Los Angeles. He was active in the American Petroleum Institute; the Coordinating Research Council; Society of Automotive Engineers; American Society of Lubrication Engineers; American Society of Naval Engineers; American Association of Advancement Science; American Institute of Chemical Engineers; American Chemical Society; Chemist Club of eN wYork; the Professional Engineers of California; and the Beacon Chapter of DeMolay. Mr. McMillan is survived by his wife, the former Rita McCormick; four daughters, Susan, Lisa, Marianne and Barbara; six sons, Kenneth, Scott, Stephen and Robert, all at home, Daniel, Union Vale and James McMillan, Town of Wappinger; and a sister, Miss Alice McMillen, Alhambra, Calif.

A Mass of Requiem will be offered Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, Fishkill. Burial will be in the Fishkill Rural Cemetery. Friends may call at the Robert H.

Auchmoody Funeral Home, Fishkill, tonight 7 to 9 o'clock. The Rosary will be recited tonight at 8 o'clock. Mrs. Vladimir Konheim, Prominent Journalist Mrs. Vladimir 1 M.

Konheim, 73, of 9 Forbus died Thursday at her home. Born Gumbinnen, Germany, in 1895, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Adolph Wollenberg and Augusta (Petrat) Wollenberg. In 1914, she enlisted with the Red Cross, nursing in field hospitals and at the battle front. Later, she studied journalism, national economics and attended the Society Hygienical Seminary of Prof.

Dr. Grotjahn, connected with the University of Berlin. Mrs. Konheim was a former political editor at Rastenburg and city editor in Tilstie, both in Germany. She later became editor of the "Women's World" and "Communal Politics" in Berlin.

She was a member of the Welfare Commission Berlin-Tempelhof Harbor, working among the underprivileged and the Women's Prison and was connected with the yough movement. In 1925, she was married to Jacobus Belsen Russian society painter, illustrator, and Hitler caricaturist, died in 1937. She later was married to Dr. Vladimir Konheim, who predeceased her. Mrs.

Konheim was a ber, of the General German Peace Movement; the Peace Cartel; the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom, serving as its international publicity chairman for a few years; and the League for Human Rights. John Burkhard, In His 85th Year John A. Burkhard, 84, of 27 Kinderhook Drive, Town of Poughkeepsie, a retired employe of the Tschudin and Son Machine Shop, died this morning at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Switzerland, June 26, 1884, he was the son of the late Peter and Freida Burkhard.

On Aug. 16, 1923, in Falls River, he married the former Emma Burki, who survives. Mr. Burkhard came to this country from Switzerland in 1915. He formerly made his home Hopewell Junction and moved to Poughkeepsie in 1942.

Mr. Burkhard was a of the Triune Lodge, F. and A.M.; Tri-Po-Bed Grotto; Hopewell Hose and the Dutchess Arms Club of the Poughkeepsie Reformed Church. He also was an honorary member of the Croft Corners Fire and life member of the IBM Country Club. In addition to his wife, Mr.

Burkhard is survived by daughter, Mrs. Otto (Emily) Righi, Peekskill; a son, Herbert A. Burkhard Poughkeepsie, and eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at the Robert Auchmoody Funeral Home, Grand Ave.

The Rev. Frankiln J. Hinkamp will officiate. Burial will be in the Hopewell Cemetery. Friends may call at the Auchmoody Funeral Home, day, 7 to 9 p.m.

Stockwell Lucas, 71, of 14 Center a former salesman for the Commercial Printing died Thursday in Poughkeepsie. A Poughkeepsie native, he was born July 26, 1897, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Lucas. His father was a reporter on the former Evening Star of Poughkeepsie.

Mr. Lucas is survived by his wiie, the former Patricia Convery, a brother, Fred Lucas, Poughkeepsie, and two sisters. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the William G. Miller and Son Funeral Home, 310 Mill St.

The Rev. William T. Gray will officiate. Burial will be in the Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home tonight, 7 to 9 clock.

A Beacon native, he was born Jan. 17, 1899, the son of the late Daniel and Martha (Eade) Kenney. Mr. Kenney was a past president and secretary and the last charter member of the Beacon Kiwanis Club, an associate member of the Beacon Engine Company; life member of the Musicians Union; a former president of Mrs. Ryan, Of Pawling PAWLING Mrs.

Hazel J. Ryan, 75, of 28 West died Thursday at Vassar Hospital, Poughkeepsie. Born in Caribou, Maine, June 14, 1893, she was the daughter of the late Whitfield and Alice M. (Brupee) Getchell. Her husband, Austin Ryan, died in 1965.

Mrs. Ryan had made her home in Pawling the last 20 years, coming here from Maine. Mrs. Ryan is survived by a nephew, Howard Getchell, Caribou. Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 p.m.

at the Horn and Thomes Funeral Home, 83 E. Main Pawling. The Rev. Erle D. Clark will officiate.

Duncan, 80, of 185 Manchester Road, Town of Poughkeepsie, died Thursday at the Center Dutchess Nursing Home, Wappingers Falls. Born in the Town of Pleasant Valley, June 17, 1888, she was the daughter of the late Theron and Minnie (Horton) Duncan.

Miss Duncan is survived by sister, Mrs. Fred (Eva) Verritt, Town of Poughkeepsie; two brothers, Louis, Salt Point; and Willard Duncan, New Rochelle; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday at 2:30 p.m. at the Allen Funeral Home Pleasant Valley. The Rev.

Schultz, City Fireman JOSEPH W. SCHULTZ Joseph W. Schultz, 57, of 12 Delano a paid city fireman for 21 years, died Wednesday at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Castle Point. Born in Roseton, Aug. 8, 1911, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Cshovics) Schultz.

An Army veteran of World War II, Mr. Schultz was a member of the Exempt Firemen's Association, a life memper of the Young America Hose Co. and a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church. Mr.

Schultz is survived by his wife, the former Margaret Stickler: a son, Michael; six daughters, Joanne, Catherine, Christine, Mary, Teresa and Patricia Schultz, all at home; a brother, William Schultz, Poughkeepsie; four sisters, Mrs. Helen Place, Mrs. Madeline Elmendorf and Mrs. Margaret Mudry, all of Poughkeepsie; and Mrs. Olga Lucas, Parlin, N.
