Louis Trautwein. 130. owner i i oi Louis tavern at 215 New Hack. ensack road. Town of Poughkeep sie, died yesterday at vassar hos pital.

He had been 111 some lime and a hospital patient since May 29. Mr. Trautwein who resided at 217 New Hackensack road, had been active in local fraternal organizations. Born in Wolfschlugen, Germany, on April 3, 1902, be was educated in that city. His parents were the late Fritz and Marie Stoll Trautwein.

He came to this country in 1923, living in. this city for the next 23 years. In 1946, he moved to his New Hackensack road home and opened Louis' tavern WHILE LIVING in the city, he had owned and operated the Ger man tavern, Washington street, During his first 10 years in this country he was employed by Gcrmania. He was married to the former Miss Marie Kaiser, who survives, on May 8, 1925, in First Lutheran church here. Mrr Trautwein had been "at member of Wappingers lodge.

Signor, 21, of 60 Car roll street, was arrested by Town Patrolman Luty in the South road last' night and accused of disorderly conduct, according, to Police Captain Dakin. "Signor was stopped by the pa trolman, who noticed there was only one headlight working on the car," Captain Dakin said. HE NOTED that Patrolman Luty ticketed Signor on charges of having insufficient lights and an inadequate muffler. Luty added a disorderly conduct charge, Captain Dakin said, when Signor protested the patrolman actions. Signor appeared before Justice of the Peace Holden last night and was released in $25 bond, pending an appearance Monday at 7 m.
