The bride is the daughter of Mrl and Mrs. Elmer D.

'Schildt, 27 Tree Tops Lane, Town "of Poughkeepsie. Mr. Wood is the son of H. Wood, 12 Alfred Town of Poughkeepsie, and the late Mrs. Betty E.Wood.

Given in rharriage by her father, the bride was attended by Miss Barbara Ress "of 35 Briarwood town, as maid 'of honor. Sandra Gillespie, Manchester Road, and Miss Susan 12 Cardinal Drive, both town, were, honor attendants. Thomas M. Wood of 2S Fuller Lane, Hyde Park, served as best man for Ms brother. Ushers were Gary "Za Alda Drive, town, and Walter Mostowy of Cumberland, Md.

Following a reception at the Italian Center, city, the couple departed for Long Beach Island, N.J. Mrs. Wood is'a 1970 graduate of Arlington High School and a 1971 'graduate of Krissle'r Busjness Institute. Currently a student at Dutchess 'Community she is employed as a secretary at Western Publishing Co. Inc.
