WABC -News; Music (To 6:30 Mrs. D. C. Cruger Rites Tomorrow Funeral services will be conducted at 8:30 a. m.

tomorrow for the late Mrs. Delia Cook Cruger, 66. Van Wagner road, at the Schlude Funeral parlors, 148 Main street, and at Holy Trinity church, Arlington, at 9 a.m. Interment will be in Calvary cemetery. Mrs.

Cruger suffered a heart attack at her home Wednesday night and died almost immediately. She was the widow of William Cruger and was a member of the ladies auxillary. of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. She was a native and life resident of this city, the daughter 'of Mrs. Bridget Holohan Cook and the late Henry Cook.

Survivors include her mother, daughter, Mrs. Louis Yamen, here; three sons, Edward C. Cruger and William H. Cruger, here and Bernard W. Cruger, Schenectady; two sisters, Miss Katherine Cook and Mrs.

Elizabeth Cook Cruger, here and one brother, Henry A. Cook. here. Jackson Corners Woman Cleared Special to The Eagle-News JACKSON CORNERS, Sept. 17- Mrs.

Hattie Janelli, of Jackson Corners, who was arrested here on July 25, accused of disorderly conduct on complaint of Louis Brown, also of Jackson Corners, was found innocent after trial today before Justice of the Peace George Knorr. Benson R. Frost was attorney for the defendant, with Richard F. Russell of counsel. Assistant District Attorney Russell appeared for the people.

Mr. Brown alleged in his complaint that his wife, Catherine, was walking along the highway here on July 25, when the defendant "pointher finger at my wife and said another in Jackson Corners who ought to be shot." The defendant denied the allegations under examination here today. Witnesses for the people were Mr. and Mrs. Brown and Trooper Weiss, of Rhinebeck.

The defendant and her husband testified in behalf of Mrs. Janelli. The latter said she was at home on the day of the alleged incident. Eliminate dissents.
