BURLINGTONFREEPRESS.COMTHURSDAY,MARCH19,2015 9A Vermont State Police inv estigators are using the 11th anniversary of the disappearance of a Sheldon teenager to ask the public if anyone has any new information about the case. oday marks the anniversary of when 17-year-old Brianna Maitland disap- eared in 2004 after leaving her job at the Black Lantern Inn in Montgomery. olice said Maitland left work at about 11:20 p.m. on March 19, 2004. Her car was found the next day, near an abandoned farmhouse on Vermont 118 in Montgomer a short distance from the inn.
