Young, Gun Victim, Rites Today CROSSVILLE, Tenn. Serv-, ices for Taft Samuel Young, 10, of Route 7, who was accidentally shot Wednesday by his 12-yearold brother, will be at 10 a.m. today at Smith Chapel community church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Relatives said the youngsters had been squirrel hunting and were returning to the home of their grandparents when a 22- caliber rifle carried by Robert Ricky Young, discharged.

An aunt said Robert was gOing down an embankment and apparently stumbled as he carried the rifle on his shoulder. The younger brother, at the top of the bank, was shot through the heart, she said. The boys' father, Orven Lee Young, in an automobile accident in 1961. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Priscilla Ann Lewis Young; three sisters, Misses Rita, Teresa and Faye Young; a half brother, Michael Lewis, and his grandparents, Mr.

in Warren County General Hospital. His funeral will be at 2 p.m. at Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Joseph Lafayette Patton, 71, retired farmer, died at 6:30 a.m. at his home without knowing of his brother's death.

Services will be at 1 p.m. at Oakland Church of Christ. BOTH WILL De buried in Whorton Springs Cemetery in Warren County. The brothers natives DeKalb County were, members of the Church of Christ. They are survived by a brother.

Tenny, Shreveport, and Mrs. Carl Blackmon, California. John Lory Hart Dies in Erin ERIN, Lory Hart, 59, Erin dry goods merchant, died Wednesday in St. Thomas Hospital. Nashville, after a heart attack.

Arrangements were incomplete. The body is at Nave Funeral Home. Hart. a native of Stewart County, had been a. merchant in Erin for 25 years.

He was a charter member and a former secretary of the Erin Rotary Club and treasurer of the Erin Scottish Rite Club. He was secretary of the Houston County Industrial Development Committee. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Sarah Summers Hart: A son. Capt.

Jack S. Hart, U.S. Army, Ft. Gulick, Canal Zone: his mother, Mrs. G.

L. Hart. Clarksville; two sisters. Mrs. Virginia Spillman, Atlanta, and Mrs.

George Pace, Knoxville, and a grandchild. Ernest Gasser Services Today Services for Ernest C. (Monk) Gasser, 56, owner of Gasser Aerial Advertising' will be at 2 p.m. today at Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Gasser died Wednesday at the home of a friend after a heart attack. He was a native of Nashville. He had been a pilot since 1932. During World War IL, his plane conked out over the Burma jungle. The army declared him officially dead, but 23 days later, Gasser and his crew emerged from the jungle on foot.

He was a Mason and a Shriner. Survivors include a son, Ronald C. Gasser, Nashville, and a brother, Albert Gasser, both Ashland City, Tenn. Mrs. Raymond C.
