Biagi, age 96, of Holiday City South section of Berkeley Township passed away, June 21st, 2015 at his home. Ellsworth was born on March 9, 1919 to Augustine and Lucy Biagi. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Canada and Ellsworth proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II.

After his time serving in the US Army, Ellsworth continued to work for the United States Government as a civilian. During his career he and his wife Teresa lived in Panama and New York State. In 1986, after his retirement, he and Teresa moved to Holiday City South. While residing in Holiday City South, Ells- worth belonged to the Toms River Elks Lodge 1875. In his leisure time, Ellsworth enjoyed playing golf.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Teresa in 2010 and by his infant son, Michael, his sister, Agnes and niece Kim E. Murray. Ellsworth is survived by nieces, Elaine F. Revell, Susan Revell Arnone, Nancy Bradshaw; nephews, John K. Revell, Richard A.

Revell, Garry Duffy, Kevin Duffy and Robert Duffy. A graveside service will take place 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery in Lakewood, NJ. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Weatherhead Young Funeral Home in Brick, NJ. ELLSWORTH R.

BIAGI AGE: 96 HOLIDAY CITY SOUTH She want us to cry, but knowing how special she was makes it hard. On June 19, 2015, Valerie L. Bills, 53, lost her long and brave battle against cancer. Surrounded by those she loved most, Valerie passed at the Ocean Medical Center in Brick, NJ peacefully knowing she was loved deeply and truly. Raised in Seaside Heights before moving to Wall to raise her two children, Valerie was a free- spirited, bright, feisty and courageous woman even in the end.

For 25 plus years, Valerie touched the lives of the residents of Manasquan, where she worked for the Borough as the tax collector among other titles and duties. She will forever be remembered by her husband Don- ald M. Bills; her two daughters: Daniella Risinger and husband Austin and Stephanie Bills; her father William Hopson of FL; her mother Judith Hopson of Seaside Heights, NJ; her brother William of Beachwood, NJ; her sister Lori Bates of MD and hundreds of family, friends and acquaintances that were lucky enough to have known her. Family and Friends are encouraged to gather on Wednesday June 24, 2015 from 7-9pm at the Johnson McGinley Funeral Home 2652 Highway 138, Wall, NJ. Donations in her memory can be mailed to the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. VALERIE L. BILLS AGE: 53 Anthony Barbuto, 87, of Toms River passed away on Saturday June 20, 2015 at Care Center. Born in Satriano, Italy, he resided in Bayville before moving to Toms River in 2007. Anthony was honorably discharged from the US Navy and pursued an acting career at the NY School of Acting.

He obtained his cosmetology license and also his license. He owned and operated National Shoe Repair in Paterson for 40 years retiring in 1992. Anthony was predeceased by his wife Rose; his brother Frank Barbuto, his sister Rose Perrotta, and his grandson Tanner Glory. He is survived by his loving children; two daughters, Maria Barbuto, Toms River and Donna Glory, Bayville; his son James Barbuto, Bayville and his brother Vince Barbuto, North Haledon. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday June 23, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at Quinn- Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08757.

Garrigan, 87, of Carolina Shores, NC passed away at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune on Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Born in Maplewood, Jim resided with his young family in Holmdel, NJ for many years before moving to Red Bank.

In 2002, he relocated to Carolina Shores where he owned a home on a golf course. Jim returned to New Jersey only a couple of weeks ago to spend his days near his son. Jim proudly graduated from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and in recent years participated in many civic organizations for veterans.

Jim wore many hats over the years and was a successful entrepreneur, actor and athlete. He enjoyed nothing more than sharing a drink with friends at the the 19th hole after a round of golf. However, his greatest joy in life was his surviving son, Jim the third. In recent years, Disease took its toll, forcing Jim to give up many of the activities he loved. He fought hard against the disease and never complained, in spite of the it caused him.

Jim was predeceased by his parents, James Edward and Gertrude Garrigan; his beloved son Thomas James; and his former wife, Marion Garrigan, with whom he will be interned. He is survived by his son James Edward Garrigan III and his wife Amy, of Point Pleasant, NJ; three grandchildren, James Garrigan of Austin, TX; and Tara and Shaye Garrigan of Savannah, GA; and his brother Jack and his wife, Ayla, of Calabash, NC. Burial will be a private graveside ceremony on Friday, June 26, 2015. However, Jim and Amy Garrigan will be accepting visitors at their home, Friday evening beginning at 6 pm. We are casually celebrating a life well lived, by a tough man who hid his pain, was ercely proud, and fought for his independence until the end.

PHILIP ERNST AGE: 79 NEW BERN, NC Antoinette Urban, 78, of Toms River passed away at home with her family by her side on Thursday, June 11, 2015. She was born in Jersey City. For over 25 years, Antoinette was a supervisor for DYFS working to help change lives, as well as a member of the Communication Workers of America. She was a loving wife and mother who will be missed dearly. Antoinette is survived by her husband of 53 years, John Urban, whom had a love affair of a lifetime; her daughter, Joni Urban Mills and Jeff of Belmar; and her son, John Urban, Jr.

ANTOINETTE URBAN AGE: 78 TOMS RIVER Thomas Eckert, age 47, of Secaucus, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, June 20, 2015. Tommy was born in Jersey City and lived in Jackson, NJ, before moving to Secaucus over 25 years ago. He was a Custodian for the Secaucus Board of Education for the past 17 years. Tommy was also an honorary member of the Secaucus Fire Department Rescue 1, Engine 2. He is survived by his beloved wife, Michelle (Acerra), his loving son, Thomas; his beloved parents, Richard and Frances Eckert; his dear sisters, Sue Eckert and Donna Demaio and his Eckert.

Tommy was predeceased by his dear sister, Debbie Eckert. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and many devoted friends. He was a family man and friend to all who knew him. Steven took pride in his home and had a love of gardening, nature, being outdoors, and always en- oyed a cold one. He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Rosalia; his two sons and soon to be daughter-in-law, Steven and his Lisa and Christopher; his daughter, Christina all of Manalapan; his mother, Mary of Manalapan; two brothers, Richard of Jersey City and Victor and his wife Marilyn of Staten Island and his sister Mary and her husband Mike of Poughquag, NY. STEVEN REINEMANN AGE: 55 MANALAPAN Mildred H. Terraciano, 89, of Farmingdale passed away at Centra State Medical Center, Freehold Township, on Saturday, June 20, 2015. She was born in Bayonne and had lived in the Allenwood section of Wall Township before settling to Marshall Creek, PA in 1973. Mildred took great pride in being a homemaker. Mildred was predeceased by her husband Matthew in 2003.
