They are so kind and considerate even in the most trying circumstances. I for one don't know how they do it. But how thankful I am that they are so kind. It makes for a well run home. This home is situated in Ozarks of Missouri.

It would be hard to find a more beautiful place, for such a home. The builders were thoughtful enough to leave every tree where possible so we are almcst surrounded by trees. Reminds us of a poem written by Joyce Kilmer, a poet who gave his life in World War I. "I think that I shall nev: er see a poem lovely as a tree. Poems are made by fools like me, Only God can make a tree." Plant a tree where you can.

B. YOUNG This past week each parent who had a child in school should have received a letter from Herbert Domke, M.D., Director of Missouri Division of Health. The letter concerned the immunization requirements for children attending school. Most school districts have been a bit negligent in enforcing the immuhization requirements. Snce the state statutes do require students to be properly immunized against certain diseases, the State of Missouri is going to see that the school districts comply.

Therefore, more pressure is being applied to the school district to comply with the statute. The school districts have no choice but to see that students meet the immunization requirements. This can be done in one of two ways either by students getting the proper immunization or by the parent or guardian signing an exemption statement. Compliance Starting next fall all schools are directed to have compliance with the statute. If a student is not in compliance, the school district is directed by law to prohibit the child from attending class.

If a child is under 16 years of age, this would probably place the parent in the position of non-compliance of the school attendance law which requires. children under the age of 16 to be in school. Between now and the beginning of next school year is plenty of time for a student to complete the proper immunization. Also, immunization can be obtained free of charge for those who can not afford to pay the cost. Therefore.

since there has been both adequate warning both by the letter from Dr. Domke and this news Circuit Court was in session here on May 10th. with Judge Winston V. Buford presiding, and action was taken on various cases as follows: Charges of game law violations against Gary Norris and Lynn Murdick were dismissed. A charge against Thelma Swafford of check drawn on a bank when she knew she had no funds, resulted in a plea of guilty by defendant.

She received a one year sentence in the county jail. Court on its own motion granted parole, under supervision of State Board of Pardons and Parole. Phoebe Million et al vs. Edward Noll, quiet title action. Judgment in favor of plaintiff.

Ronnie W. Lambert vs. Bonnie N. Lambert. Dissolution of marriage granted.

Ronnie Lambert awarded care and custory of four minor children. Separation agreement approved. Costs taxed against petitioner. Barbara Campbell vs. Alfred E.

Campbell. Dissolution of marriage granted. Petitioner awarded care and custody of one child. Maiden name of Wilder restored. Costs taxed against petitioner.

Reva Leach article, do not blame the principal of the school if your child is removed from school because of lack of proper immunization or for the lack of the exemption slip signed by the parent or guardian.
