The couple was married on Nov. 24, 1962, at St. Rose of Lima Parish in Newfield by Father Bean.

They have spent most of their married life raising their family in New-field. The couple owned Three Guy's Tire and Safety Center in Newfield for many years. Their children and spouses are Todd Quein, Kim and Morris Zanni, Dawn and James Milton, Lauren and Dennis. Their grandchildren are Darrin Ford, Brianna, Jamie and Bailey Pennino, Alexa Quein and Vincent and Dominic Allonardo. Scheers celebrate 50 years together Edmund and Joyce Scheer of Vineland recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at a dinner hosted by their children and their spouses, Lorie and John Triantos, Edmund Scheer, and Kimberly and Joseph DeRosa.

They also celebrated their anniversary on a cruise around the Hawaiian Islands and recently returned from a cruise to the Bahamas given to them by their children. The couple were married on Nov. 14, 1962. Mrs. Scheer, the former Joyce Keepfer, who retired from work as a registered nurse for the State of New Jersey, works for University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey.

Mr. Scheer retired from the Vineland Police Department. He was one of the first officers in Vineland to be partnered with a K-9 dog. The couple have six grandsons. The couple on their wedding day In 1962.

Bupp-Chinnici Ashley Brooke Chinnici of Laurel, formerly of Vineland, daughter of Kathleen and Peter Chinnici of Vine-land, became the bride of Zachary Adam Bupp, son of Robyn and Kevin Bupp of Mechanicsburg, on Sept. 15, 2012, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Ocean City. Pastor Mark Bruesehoff performed the ceremony. Megan Motter was the maid of honor.

Allison Bupp, Christy Petyak and Melissa Schneider were the brides maids. Natalee Dragotta was the flower girl. Nicholas Bupp was the best man. Peter Chinnici, Ryan Petyak and Michael Schultz were the groomsmen. Hunter Dragotta was the ringbearer.

Following a reception at the Sand Barrens, the couple honeymooned in various cities in Italy. The bride is employed as event planner for the Friends of the National Zoo. The groom is employed as a project engineer for AAI Corporation. The following students achieved honors for the first marking period of the 2012-2013 school year at Caroline L. Reutter School in Franklin Township.
