Visitation will be from 9-11 am. tomorrow at the funeral home and burial will be at Westlawn Cemetery in Kansas City, Kan. i'Mrs.

Woods, a Kansas City native, died Monday of cancer at a daughter's home in Nashville. A graduate of Summer High School in Kansas, she attended Fisk She began her teaching career in 1961 in the Kansas City school system and taught there 18 years. Mrs. Woods and her second husband, the late William Z. Woods, moved to Nashville in 1984.

She was a member of Paseo Baptist Church, Kansas City, where she served as a member of the Lois Missionary Circle, the Adult Sunday School Class No. 4, and the Stratosphereans Club, a professional womens church club. A member of the Excegjs Club of Kansas, she also chartered the Kansas City chapter of Jack and Jill of America, a national organization of women dedicated to the civic and cultural enrichment of their children. Survivors Include two daughters, Betty Triplett, Nashville, and Melanie Sweeney-Griffith, Oakland, a stepdaughter, Martha Cazanave, Woodland Hills, three grandchildren and a stepgrandchild. The family asked that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Alive Hospice of Nashville.

She also leaves seven grandchil dren and two great grandchildren. All of these she greatly loved and was loved by them.

Her family also included her husband's two sisters and many nieces and neph ews on the Medling and Gulley side. She will now be in Heaven with her parents and our lovely daughter, who preceded her. Our prayers and love go with her. Brother and Mrs. Medling were in the baptist Pastorate in Mississip pi for five years, Chaplain in the Army of the United States for three years and then were Southern Baptist Missionaries in Japan Okinawa for thirty-three years.

They retired in 1979 and have since then been emeritus Southern Baptist Missionaries. For the last nine years, Mr. and Mrs. Medling nave been serving in the International Department of Brook Hol low Baptist Church. Services will be conducted 2 p.m.
