The film is scheduled for a fall release. SGT. YORK During Fan Fair I met a couple from New York. He was asking where Alvin York was from. He was fascinated with him and had seen the movie about him, Sergeant York, several times.

He stirred up my curiosity about Sgt York. I started looking in bookstores and could find nothing about him. Was there a book written about him that the movie was made from? Also, is the movie on videotape? The young salesclerk didn't know who Sgt York was. So much for Tennessee history. J.M.

I understand his great love is music and that he appeared on Pat Sajak's show playing an organ. I read that Mary Hart's salary is over (1 million a year. He is just as good. Wonder about how much they pay him? He appears to be kind.

Also, is Paid Winchell still alive and what was his dummy's name? P.G. Camden Lobertini is deceased. Winchell is still alive and well. His famous dummy was none other than Jerry Mahoney.
