Expansionary Budget Announced by India NEW DELHI (AP) -The Indian government, promising its 600 million people "a surge forward," announced Monday a record expansionary budget of $15.25 billion, personal tax cuts and incentives to business.

The budget is aimed at stimulating agricultural and industrial growth without rekindling inflation. Its concessions to business mark a departure from Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's past Socialist policies and drew fire from the Communist party, her increasingly uneasy ally. "This will remind you that the Devil took Him (Christ) into the Holy City to the pinnacle of the Temple," Lucas said. "NOTICE THAT the Devil is writing on a pad and throwing something down.

Below is an angel kicking a stone with his bare foot, while holding up a small bear with one hand." He explained that the picture of the angel represents the verse: "And on their hands they will bear you up." All memory, he said, is based on association, and all associations most people make are at the subconscious level. These associations are recalled by formation of pictures in the mind, through substitution, exaggeration, action, distortion and alterations of proportion. HIS BOOK has already sold 50,000 copies and is now in its second printing. "I receive a deferred basketball income, and do not take any money from the sale of this book," he said. The book is non-sectarian and non- theological, dealing with memorization of the Scripture entirely, not its interpretation.

It can be used with any translation of the Bible. LUCAS FEELS that there is an advantage to memorizing the Bible, not just reading it. "We are more apt to live the word when we can remember every word of the Gospels and have them close to our own hearts," he said. year Save OJJenergy cepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior." He was voted to the NBA All-Star team seven times and ended his career with the New York Knickerbockers.
