Charles Ross Rountree, also of Oklahoma City. The bride-elect, a graduate of Harpeth Hall, attended Vander-bilt university and Sweet Briar college in Sweet Briar, Va. She received her B.A. degree from the bniversity of Oklahoma at Norman in June, 1958. She holds membership in Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority.

7 Wedding Plans PIEDMONT, Calif. Mrs. Ar-dagh Mam Millar became th bride Saturday of Frank G. Brandon of San Francisco, formerly of Nashville. The bride is the daughter of Capt.

Edward Veitch of San Raphael, and Mrs. Marie B. Veitch of Piedmont. Mr. Brandon, formerly of New York, is the son of Mr.

and Mrs. Newman Brandon of Nashville. The wedding took place at tha home of the bride's brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert G.

Hills Jr. here. Attendants were Mrs. Hills and another sister, Mrs. Luis de Herrera.

Joe T. Brandon of Los Angeles attended his brother as best man and Mr. Hills was the grooms man. Following a short wedding trip, the couple will make their home in Piedmont. Mrs.

Brandon serves as vic president of the Oakland Junior League. Mr. Brandon, a graduate of Vanderbilt university in Nashville, is executive vice president of Sommer and Kaufman Sho company in San Francisco, a division of Genesco. Miss Smiley, Mr. Blachvell Are Married Miss Brenda Ellen Smiley, daughter of Mrs.

Lawrenca Isham and Edgar H. Smiley became the bride of Melvin Douglas Blackwell, son of Mr. and, Mrs. Alton Blackwell at a ceremony Sept. 25.

The wedding took place at th home of the bride's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C. Butler Smith with the Rev. XV.

J. Bunn officiating. The bride wore a fall model of blue wool and carried a white prayerbook marked with a white orchid. Mr. and Mrs.

Charles Black-well, brother and sister-in-law of the bridegroom, were the only attendants. A reception was held following the ceremony. The serving table was covered with a lace cloth, and decorated with a wedding cake encircled with small white chrysanthemums. Mrs. G.

B. Batson assisted in serving. Later in the day, the couple, left for a wedding trip to Look- out Mountain. They are making their home on Harwood drive. The bride was graduated from East high school and is employed at Travelers Insurance company.
