G. -S'-hmidlapp, banker and millionaire, esterday announced the establishment of a fund 'of $250,000. the interest of which is to be used for the benefit of young women. The fund is established as a memorial to Mr. Schmidlapp's daughter who was killed in an auto accident in France about a ago.

This makes a total of $500,000 given by Mr. Sehmidlapp as memorials to his wife r.nj two daughters, all of whom met violent deaths. The income is to be used for the benefit of young women in "caring U.r them in disease, in constraint 'or in education."
