Mooney Browning, 68, died Tuesday at Clark County Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville. She was a native of Dorchester, a retired registered nurse and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Floyd County Post 3281 Ladies Auxiliary in New Albany. Survivors: her husband, William Browning a son, Thomas W. Lewis; stepsons Michael and John J. Browning; and a great-grandson.
