William E. Jus- tice, 69, president of the Justice Supply Co. and the Justice Realty died Sunday in a Lexington hospital. Justice, of East Shelbiana, was a regent at Morehead State University and a director at the First National Bank of Pikeville. He was a past president of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce, a former state representative and a former schoolteacher.

He was a member of Masonic Lodge 375, the Pikeville Commandery and Council, Shrine Temple and Grace Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Nancy; a daughter, Mary Lou Muth of Louisville; a son, Cornelius, and six grandchildren. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow at Grace Baptist Church in East Shelbiana.
