and Massachusetts. Survivors Include a brother, Albert Wagner of Huntlngburg. Ind. and three sisters, Dora Wagner, Theresa Doyle and Leona VornKahl. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m.

White, 55, of 5000 Ron-wood Drive, died Thursday at Humana Hospltal-Audubon. He was a native of Daviess County and a control operator at General Electric Co. where he worked 32 years. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of Parkland Baptist Church. Survivors Include his wife, the former Rachel Maddox; a son, Steve White; three daughters.

Janet Brue-derle, Cathy and Sandra White; his mother, Thelma White; a brother, Charles White; five sisters, Nancy Reeves of Phllpot Thelma Ballard, Virginia White, Katherine JuW and Mamie White; and four grandchildren. Blanche Spadle, 66, of Valley Station, died Thursday at Briarwood Nursing Home. She was the former Blanche Duvall, a native of Grayson County. Survivors Include her husband, Fred Spadle; three sons, Freddie W. Spadie of Meade County, Charles H. Spadie and James Carroll; two daughters, Ann M.

Swift and Marilyn S. Spadle; four brothers, Jerome, Curt, Charles and Joe Duvall, all of Grayson County; and 12 grandchildren. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at W.G. Hardy Valley Funeral Home, 10907 Dixie Highway, with burial in Bethany Cemetery.

James D. Taylor, 76; of 12009 Dono-hue died Thursday at Baptist Hospital East He was a native of Henry County, a retired service manager for Kentucky Ignition and a member of Middle-town United Methodist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Gloria Carter; two sons, Terry Taylor of Austin, Texas, and Jerry Taylor; five sisters, Wanda Cook and Maxine Egger-ton, both of Bedford, Aline Pope of Arizona, Lida Pollitt and Zlpple Miller; a brother, Kelly Taylor of Azusa, six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel In Resthaven Memorial Park, with burial there.

Third St, died Thursday at Humana Hospital-Audubon. She was the former Barbara L. Steier and a member of Auxiliary of Louisville Post 5636 of Veterans of Foreign Wars. Survivors Include two sons, Albert J. and Kenneth G.

George W. Smith Sr, 69, of Gardiner Lane, died Thursday at Baptist Hospital East He was a native of Bardstown, retired secretary-treasurer for Koster-Swope Bulck automobile dealership, an Air Force veteran of World War II and a member of Knights of Columbus. Survivors Include his wife, the former Martha Lear; two sons, George W. Smith Jr. of Knoxville, and Gary M.
