E. Bush Has Collision With a Telephone Pole and CMUSO Another Uuiiaway. A team belonging to W. E. Bush, who conducts a feed store on South West street, became frightened while standing on the scales in front of T.

Mackey's coal office Friday morning of last week and dashed down West street, and, while trying to turn the corner at Walnut street, the front wheels struck a telephone pole that stood about quarter way out from the east corner of the street. horsea tore loose and one went east on Walnut street and the other south on East, street. The wagon stayed, for it was not strong enough to knock the telephone pole over. The rear and bed were thrown back twenty of thirty feet from the pole by the force of the impact, and the wagon was pretty thoroughly damaged.

In passing J. W. Hanford's store the runaway team frightened a horse which was hitched to a single buggy there. The broke loose and dashed after the team. It turned west on Walnut, and then south, on Missouri, and in turning the corner by the old Hardwood homestead the buggy turned over, thro wing the horse down, and it was caught.

The buggy waa pretty badly torn up. The horse and buggy belonged to George Winchester, living southwest of the city. Wedded. Willard Golliher and Lethie Brewer were married by Justice Clwton Thursday of last week. They are both, young people living near city.
