The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, with burial in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. William H.

Belcher 50 Tepee Road, Thursday in Miami Lakes, Fla. He was a native of Philadelphia, sales manager at a consumer goods company and a member of the Knights of Columbus. Survivors include his wife, the former Florence Roache; three sons, William H. Belcher Jr. of Miami Lakes, Gerald and Kenneth Belcher, both of Boca Raton, and a grandchild.

The funeral will be at a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church in Miami Lakes, with burial in Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery in Miami. Visitation is at Slade Funeral Home in Hialeah, Fla. Mrs. Cora West Bohr, 70, Meadows South Nursing Home, died there Wednesday.

She was a native of Hart County. Survivors include her husband, Frank J. Bohr; two daughters, Mrs. Ralph Hepler and Mrs. Barbara Olges; and five grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Arch L. Heady Southern Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Miss Mamie Catherine Denhart, 83, Louisville Lutheran Home, died at 10 p.m. Wednesday at Hillcreek Manor Nursing Home.

She was a native of Harrison County, and a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Hussung. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Foreman Funeral Home, 10600 Taylorsville Road, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mrs. Mercedes de Velasquez, 84, of 3105 Auburn Circle, died Wednesday at her home. She was a native of Bogota, Colombia. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Mercedes Meyer and Mrs.

Alice V. Haden; six grandchildren; and 18 greatgrandchildren. The body was cremated. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Senior Citizens East. Mrs.

George F. Dotts 57, of 325 N. 44th died at 5:30 a.m. Thursday at his home. She was the former DeLena E.

Steele, a native of Corbin. Survivors include four sons, George F. Dotts Jr. of Floyds Knobs, James W. Dotts of Georgetown, Joseph M.

Dotts of New Albany, and A. Dotts of Bardstown; a daughter, Mrs. Marilyn Hellman; her Robert, mother, Mrs. Elizabeth A. Steele; and seven grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Catholic Church of Our Lady, 3511 Rudd with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery in Elizabeth, Ind. Visitation is at Ratterman's, 2114 W. Market St. Mrs.

James H. Durr, 38, of 4211 Blossomwood Drive, died at 2:19 a.m. Thursday at Suburban Hospital. She was the former Elsie Magdalene "Lena" Tincher and a member of the Beargrass Christian Church. Actress Jean Inness dies; was Jon Jory's mother Actress Jean Inness died Wednesday at her home in Santa Monica, Calif. She was 78. Miss Inness had appeared in numerous television series, in 22 motion pictures, on Broadway and at Actors Theatre of Louisville. She was the wife of actor Victor Jory. Their son, Jon Jory, is producing director of Actors Theatre.

Miss Inness was perhaps best known for her portrayal as Nurse Fain in the "Doctor Kildare" television series. Her motion picture, credits included "The Story of Mrs. Mike," "I'd Climb the Highest Mountain," Rosemary's Baby" and "My Cheatin' Heart." She also made appearances on the television shows "Wagon Train," "Rawhide," "Ironsides," "Bonanza." "Gunsmoke," "The Virginians" and "The Bold Ones." She appeared on Broadway in "Made in America," "Goose Hangs High" and Jean Inness "Spring Fever." A 19-year-old airman was killed at 4 a.m. yesterday in a traffic accident on U.S. 27 near Waynesburg. Deborah Denis West of Shelbyville died when the pickup truck she was driving collided with a tractor-trailer truck loaded with grain. Lincoln County Coroner Clarence R.

Shively tightens zoning rules to control new day-care centers Day-care centers that want to set up in Shively will have a tougher time moving into the city's residential neighborhoods. The city has adopted stricter zoning regulations governing where the centers can be located and much off-street parking must be provided.

Under the new rules, the centers are prohibited from most residential areas, unless the centers are granted special permits by the Jefferson County Board of Zoning Adjustment. Saturday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Mrs. Anna Mathilda Johnson, 97, Hillcreek Manor Nursing Home, died there Dec. 21. She was a native of Sweden.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Heneriett O'Malley. The funeral was held Wednesday in Rockford, Ill. Howard M. Kelley, 61, formerly of La Grange, died Thursday at Veterans Hospital in Cincinnati.

He was a native of Louisville, an employee at Sears, Roebuck and Co. and a member of Disabled American Veterans. Survivors include his wife, the former Hazel Webb. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Adkins-Radcliffe Funeral Home in La Grange, with burial in Valley of Rest Cemetery there.

The family will be at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday. Gerald K. Koofer, 65, of 179 Mills Drive, died at 1 a.m. Thursday at his home.

He was a native of Huntingdon, and a retired tool-maker at General Electric where he worked 35 years. Survivors include his wife, the former Gladys Griffith; a daughter, Mrs. Linda K. Beverley; a son, John R. Koofer; his father, Frank Koofer; and nine grandchildren.

Thursday at the Marion Home. She was a native of Henderson and had been an Ursuline teacher in parochial schools for more than 50 years until her retirement in 1974. Survivors include a sister, Miss Ottilia Wolf, and a brother, August C. Wolf. The funeral will be at 9 a.m.
