Surviving are son John Lynn (Julia) of Pasedena, TX, daughter Carlene Plowman (Carl) of Pensacola, FL, special daughter, Diane Taylor of Danville, AL, and special son-in-law Jerry Cloud of Pensacola, brother Guy Lacy of Kentucky, sisters Jean McK-inney of Pensacola, Ruth Lacy of Foley, AL, and Martha Lacy of Virginia, ten grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 23, PM, at Family-Funeral Cremation, with Funeral Service at 12:30. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM at Barrancas National Cemetery. HAYS, JR. Herbert Hays, 83, of Zellwood, FL passed away April 6, 2014. He was born in Bogalusa, LA on Sept 20, 1930 to the late Myra and Herbert L. Hays Sr. He was preceded in death by wife, Roberta Hays, daughter Tina Marie Hays, and son Derek Golden.

Mr. Hays served in the United States Marine Corp during the Korean conflict. A graduate of South Eastern Louisiana State University, he retired from Escambia County Health Dept. He was a wonderful friend, father and papa. He enjoyed volunteering at his church, habitat for humanity and the Red Caps.

He is survived by sister Ola Clarke, Natchitoches, Cousin Edith Rabal- ois, Alexandria, Son Keith Golden (Jan) of Pensacola, FL; 3 daughters: Pam Hardy (Frank) of Milton, FL, Lydia McKin-non (Tom) Sanford, FL, Angie Watahovich (Bob) Suffolk, VA; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 26,2014 at at Zellwood United Methodist Church with reception following. Graveside Service will be held Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Serenity Gardens 6208 Stewart St Milton FL. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Zellwood United Methodist Church or Habitat for Humanity. Arrangements are entrusted to DeGusipe Funeral Home Crematory, 905 Laurel Ave.

Doug was born June 4, 1938, in Zebulon, Georgia. He proudly served in the US Navy and was employed as a computer programmer at Rohm and Haas for many years. He returned to Pensacola in 1976 to start his company; General Systems Design, for which he remained OwnerCEO until his retirement in 1991. During his lifetime; he was a member of the Elks, Mayoki Indians and Krewe of Lafitte of Pensacola, a licensed pilot for small engine aircraft, an avid boater and "Captain Doug" of his sailboats The Slow Lane and The Miss Dana.

He also enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, watching Jeopardy, M.A.S.H. and old game shows. He was a passionate hockey fan, a Pensacola Ice Flyers season ticket holder and loved his St. Louis Blues. Let's Go Doug (aka Dad, Tugboat, Grandaddy Doug, DD, and Uncle Ronnie) was preceded in death by his parents, Joel and Ethel Hancock and his sister Mary Crockett.

He leaves to cherish his memory, three daughters, Dana S. Hancock, Tamra (Michael) Cutts, Amy Spears, two sons Doug (Carla) Bilbrey, Drew (Jenny) Bilbrey; his sister Hannah Sexton, nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews, and his many dear friends! Dewey spent eight years in the U.S. Navy, was an electrician and worked for Monsanto for 20 years. A member of the AMVETS post 292, he enjoyed fishing and camping and had lived in Pensacola 65 years. He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy LOUELLEN "ELLEN" PALMER 1919 2014 Louellen Palmer, 94, of Pensacola, FL went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, April 19, 2014.

She was born on December 5, 1919 in Okaloosa County. Louellen was a wonderful Mom, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whom we loved so very much, and she will be terribly missed. She was a dedicated prayer warrior; her grandchildren, as well as her children always knew that if they asked or "Granny" to pray for them or someone else, she was faithful to follow through. Louellen was faithful both to her Lord and her family. Louellen was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Marvin Palmer; her grandson, Len James; her parents, Edna and Allen Elliott; her brother, John Allen Elliott; and her sister, Cora Lee Elliott.

She is survived by her daughters, Annette (Leonard) James, Carel (Al) Baldree, and Pam (Gorden) Wade; her 7 grandchildren, Cindy (Robert) Duke, Cristy (Tony) Bloom, Kim (Ray) Scruggs, Dawn Goodwin, Joshua Goodwin, Gorden (Crystal) Wade, and Daniel Wade; her 14 JAMES EVERETT ANDREWS SR. DECEMBER 18, 1944 -APRIL 18, 2014 Peacefully Everett passed away on Good Friday, April 18, 2014 at his home surrounded by family and friends after a long bout of Alzheimer's Disease. He was 69 years old. Everett was born in Pensacola and never left the city. He saw Dianne Jacobs on the school bus and told a friend "I am going to have to look out for that girl!" They were married two years later and remained sweethearts for 52 years.

Triplett, 41, of Pensacola, FL passed away on the 17th day of April 2014. She was born on October 10, 1972. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Emma; maternal grandparents, Rudy and Bessie Polise; and paternal grandparents, Conrad EVELYN A.

BISHOP 1912 2014 Evelyn A. Bishop passed away after a long full life at the age of 101. She was born in Chicago, IL to Frank and Lizzie Krivanec. She married Herbert Roy Bishop, Sr. and was a military wife for many years living in California, Newfoundland and Virginia before settling in Pensacola.

She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church. She was manager for many years at Davis' 5 and 10-cent store in Warrington. Sne was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert; son, Roland; and grandson, Shawn Michael, who also died on a Good Friday. She is survived by a son Herbert "Roy" Bishop, Jr.

(Lonnie); granddaughter, Sherrie (Mike); 2 great grand Brinleigh Katherine Andrews; brother, Charles Daniel Andrews (Linda); sister, Adell Martin (Kyle Everett); mother-in-law, Margaret Quarrier Re-stucher; sister-in-law, LTC Donna Farmer, USA, (Ret); brother-in-law, David Cushman Restucher and many nephews and nieces. Everett leaves behind special friends, Niles and Donna Jones, Harold and Barbara Helton, Doug and Frazier Howie, Marge Baars, and Steve and Betty Mraz. Our sincere thanks to Regency Hospice for their outstanding care and compassion expressed at this time.
