Oct. 21, 28, Nov. 4, 11; 1974 For Tuesday, Nov. 5,1974 ARIES (March 21-April 19) It's not likely your domestic routine will go as smoothly as you hope today. Keep your cool when some foul-ups occur from left field. TAURUS (April 20-May 20) It's best you don't play around with gadgets you can't work well. Something is likely to wind up getting broken if you do. GEMINI (May 21-June 20) This is not one of your better days to go shopping. You're apt to buy items on impulse you'll later have little or no use for. CANCER (June 21-July 22) Normally you're pretty good at finishing what you start. Today, you'll leave a lot of loose ends. You lack focus to see things through properly. LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) Be very selective as to whom you go to for advice. You could be sold on a wild idea that hasn't a prayer of working. VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) You're still in a cycle where it would be unwise to involve yourself with friends in situations where money is required from either party.' LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23) Unfortunately you'll be too easily distracted from pursuing goals you should give your full attention to today. Make up your mind. Follow through. SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 22) Your pride is likely to have you pretend you know something about a subject you have just a cursory knowledge of, causing you to argue if challenged. SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23- Dec. 21) A friend is plagued with an insatiable curiosity and is just dying to probe into something confidential you want kept secret. CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) It will be difficult for another to try to guess what he can do that will please you. After a few attempts, he'll throw in the towel. AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 19) Make haste slowly if you're working on something you expect will eventually be rewarding. Patience, not speed, should be your partner. PISCES (Feb. 20-March 2O) Continue to be on guard where joint ventures are concerned, especially if control of the issues are not directly under your personal supervision. your birthday Nov. 5, 1974 A major incident will occur this year that will prove to be a blessing in disguise. Valuable experience will be gained that you'll later turn to your profit. WORLD ALMANAC FACTS American authors, songwriters and motion picture producers can thank Noah Webster for initiating copyright laws \vhich protect their work. After unscrupulous publishers reprinted his ' Blue-Back Speller," without payment or credit, Webster crus'aded for a federal copyright law which was enacted in 1790, The World Almanac recalls. Seven killed over weekend By The Associated Press State Police said fog and wet roads contributed to six traffic accidents in Arkansas that killed seven persons and in* jured 13 others during the weekend. Dead are George Yost, 28, of Hendersonville, Tenn., Gail Summers Trice, 23, of Conway, Margaret Watkins, 34, of Stuttgart, Karen Smith, 19, of Greenbrier, Gary Merman, 21, of Rosston in Nevada County, Jimmy Brown, 72, of Hope and James Boyce Moore, 18, of Hampton. Yost was killed when his tractor trailer rig veered off Interstate 48 near Palestine and hit the median early Saturday, State Police said. Trooper Kelly Pigue said the trailer then jackknifed, causing the tractor to overturn and pin Yost beneath it. State Police said the Trice woman and the Watkins woman were killed when a car skidded into another vehicle on Arkansas 130 near Stuttgart Friday night. Trooper Jim Elliott said the Smith woman was killed when she was thrown from her car as it was sideswiped by another vehicle on U.S. 65 near Springhill in Faulkner County Friday night, Morman was killed when he lost control of his car, causing it to hit a bridge on Arkansas 299 near Prescott early Saturday, State Police said. Trooper Harvey Fullerton said Brown walked into the path of a car on U.S. 67 at Hope early Saturday. Moore was killed when his car collided head-on with another vehicle which had crossed the center line of U.S. 167 near El Dorado Friday night, State Police said. Bodies of 2 boys found PERRYVILLE, Ark. (AP) Authorities suspected carbon monoxide poisoning in the deaths of two teen-aged boys, whose badly decomposed bodies were found in a car parked on a remote Perry County road about 45 miles southwest of here Sunday. Sheriff Grover Tolley of Perryville said no official cause of death had been determined, though. He said foul play did not appear to be a factor. The sheriff said the youths appeared to have been dead for about two weeks. The bodies were found about 2:30 p.m. by two squirrel hunters. "They came upon the car while they were hunting," Tolley said. The boys' names were being withheld pending notification of the next of kin. One of the youths was from Jessieville, Tolley said. The youths had been reported missing by their parents. This and the car's License plate helped authorities determine the boys' identities, Tolley said. Both bodies were found in the car's front seat. They were taken to the University of Arkansas Medical Center at Little Rock for autopsies. M/Wll/AWIS : RE<I- THIS CARD!
