After the opening service the mlnutcis of the last meeting were read and approved. Unfinished business on the agenda was the acquiring of t.he post colors. Following this there was a brief intermission and the post members served refreshments to everyone present. . The meeting was turned into the hands of .the ten (10) ladies present with .Mrs. Aaron Morris presiding as chairman. The American Legion Ladies Auxiliary was organized and the following officers were elected. . President, Mrs. G. N. Davis, vice president, Mrs. A. Morris, secretary Mrs. G. W. Miller, assistant secretary, Mrs. F. B. Buchanan, treasurer. Mrs. Louise Hicks, chaplin, Mrs. Neva Carmlcheal and sergeant at arms, Mrs. A. Holbert. The Ladles Auxiliary will; meet on the second and fourth Tuesday night of each month. The next meeting will be at Hicks: Funeral Home at 7:30 P. m. All mothers, wives and sisters of ex-servicemen are asked to come out and help to promote the organization. The meeting was turned into the hands of the Post Commander and the meeting was adjourned.
