Write to it. Address letters to: Editor The Star, P.O. Box 648, Hope, Ark. 71801. All letters must be signed, with address so you are identified to the newspaper staff, but if the character of the letter permits we will allow use of a pen-name in the publication, in which case you .should add "Citizen," or some other work below your real name and address. Pen-names are permitted when a letter deals only with issues. Direct attacks upon public officials, however, . must bear the writer's name for publication. H.H.S. GRADUATE Editor The Star: I would like to thank all the people who have helped me get the name and addresses of the Hope Hi graduates as far back as 1912. With this list of names the Centennial Committee have mailed and are mailing letters which consist of events that will take place in 1975. I would like for those who are still working on lists to get them in to me by November 10th so we can get the rest of the letters mailed by November 15, as to not be confused with Christmas letters. These lists will be placed in loose leaf book in the Hope Hempstead library for future reference. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of these people, I'd appreciate it if you'd let me know: Marie Ellis, class of 48; Mrs. Linda Paisley Lejper, class of 20; and S.Sgt. Charles Rogers, class of 54. I have heard from several and they plan to come. Some are: Giles A. Gibson, Joyce Crider Caudle, Josephine Parks Pugh, Robert T. Shelton, Louise and John C. Weaver, Jimmy McLarty, Doris Shields Faust, Mark M. Buchanan, Truman E. Spring, (Evangelist), Rena Acker Baker (grandmother of Razorback Bill Montgomery), Bess Olmstead Keller, Prof. Billy Orton (U. of A.), Donna Byers Carozzer and Rev. Stuart Oglesby, 86 years old now. Things are shaping up and time will be getting short so everyone please pitch in and help eiich other with our 100 Birthday Party. MARY SUE EVANS Ch. of Reunion Coirun. I
