Additional Mine engineer found drowned at Madisonville MADISONVILLE, Ky. The body of Charles Orville Burchette, 49, of Madisonville, was recovered from a lake near the Atkinson mine Friday afternoon. Burchette was electrical engineer Western Kentucky division of folanth Creek Coal Co. A search for him started Friday morning after he failed to report for work. A fellow.
