Lorene is the daughter of Mr. Irvin Been- kea. and became the bride of Taui Bo\\-man of Alcana on Lola Beenken was in charge of the guest book. Harriet Thompson served as mistress of ceremonies and introduced the program numbers. Corsages were presented to Lorene, to the groo/n's mother, Mrs. Ed Bowman, and Lola Beenken. Welcome was given by Stacey Beenken, followed by the introduction of the honored guests. Devotions were presented by Irene Mayland. A group of neighborhood girls sang several selections. Darlcne Ricklefs gave a reading. A skit was presented by Wilda tlbben and Marlys Bruns. The group sang "Blest Be The Tie'That Binds", and the program concluded with a pray- er by Susan Thompson. Lunch was served from a tea table decorated in blue and pink, the bride's chosen colors. Jan Beenken dipped punch and Marlene Beenken poured coffee. Lorene was assisted in opening her gifts by her sisters-in- law, Mrs. Lynn Beenken and Mrs. Deb Bowman. Hostesses for the occasion were Margaret Bunkofske, Darlene Ricklefs. Grace Pa^i^-'V.
