Fashioned Cottage Vi tap. salt Cheese 1 tbsp. (envelope) 1 cup Fairmont Sour Cream unfavored gelatin 1 tbsp. sugar 14 cup warm water Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Soften gelatin in warm water. Add to sour cream- cottage cheese mixture, Pour into a 3-c.up, lightly oiled, ring mold (6 inches in diameter). Chill until firm. Strawberry Ring: 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin 1 ten-oz. pkg. Fairmont 1 cup hot water Frozen Sliced 1 tbsp. lemon juice Strawberries Thaw and drain Strawberries. Save syrup. Dissolve gelatin in hot water: Add strawberry juice and lemon juice and chill to a thick- syrup. Fold in strawberries. Pour into a ring mold same size as above. Chill until firm. Add coconut and mix well.
