The occasion was also in honor of Eva and Lynette's birthdays. They all en<f joyed birthday cake in the Bob Reynolds' home and were also supper guests._ Mr. and ivirs. Layton Nonnweiler of Britt and Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Bakke of Forest City . visited with friends and relatives here on Saturday. Easter weekend visitors in the home of Mr. and Mrs. A.C. Miller were Mr. and Mrs. Doug Woods of Cherokee. Other Saturday dinner guests were Mr. and Mrs. Noel Krantz and family. Other Sunday dinner guests were Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Miller of Burt. An Open House was held in • the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Seed on Wednesday afternoon in honor of their son, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Beed, Debbie and Billy of Dayton. Ohio. Almost too hot today. Have seen the Dick Cos- groves a couple of times' (in Harlingin). We leave here Good Friday for Presidio, Tex. and will take a Mexican train trip to the west coast- Copper Canyon, Las MochiSjt and Mazatlin- back npril 8 and head north after that. Pete and Fay C allies T TITONKA NEWS Mr. and Mrs. Harold Gingrich and Beth were Easter dinner guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Jackowell at Mankato, Minn. They all attended an Easter Cantata at the Zion Lutheran Church at Lake Crystal. Linda Isebrand directed the choir. Lee BeeAken drove Joyce Gingrich back to Mankato and they also attended the concert. Joyce had been home for her Easter vacation. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Straub and family of Le Seuer, Minn, were Easter weekend visitors in the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Welhousen. Other Easter Sunday dinner guests were Mrs. Gertie Rike and Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Paulson of Lakota. Mr. and Mrs. Gary Beed and Billy of Dayton, Ohio, Mrs. Charles Beed and Charla visited in the home of Mr. Claude Bilsborough on Saturday afternoon.
