He was a native of Evansville, and a Marine veteran of World War II. Survivors Include his wife, the former Margaret Beliles; three sons, Eldee Adam and Cleophas Stephens; a daughter, Delinda Buie; and five grandchildren.

The body was cremated. A private memorial service will be held at Zachary Taylor National Cemetery. Pearson's is in charge of arrangements. Jeannette Gossman Brown Stevenson, 83, formerly of 2509 Boulevard Napoleon, died Tuesday at Klondike Manor Nursing Home.

She was a native of Cleveland, Ohio, and a retired employee of the Reynolds Metals Co. Survivors include three sons, William H. Brown of Jacksonville, and John M. and Robert S. Brown; a sister, Betty Connors of Columbus, Ohio; 15 grandchildren; and 19 greatgrandchildren.

He was a native of Hawesvllle, a retired driver for the Yellow Cab an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church. Survivors Include a stepdaughter, Delores Banks of Honolulu; a sister, Eva M. Copley of Jeffersonville, two brothers, Elmer and Melva Wheat-ley, both of Hawesvllle; and three grandchildren. A joint funeral for Yandell and Ruth Koon will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Herman Meyer Son 1338 Ellison with burial in Adath Jeshurun Cemetery. O'Koon, 70, was found dead at his home shortly after midnight Tuesday by family members who had tried unsuccessfully to reach him by phone to alert him that his wife was In critical condition at Jewish Hospital.

Deputy Coroner Robert M. Adams said O'Koon died in his sleep of natural causes. Mrs. O'Koon, 67, died at 2:53 a.m. Tuesday after an illness.

O'Koon was founder, owner and president of Tempo Designs assistant cemetery warden, a member of the board of directors of Adath Jeshurun Congregation, and a member of St George Masonic Lodge and the Odom Club. Mrs. O'Koon was the former Ruth Epstein and a member of Adath Jeshurun Congregation and Sisterhood and the Jewish Hospital Guild. Their survivors include a daughter, Suzanne Johnson of Lexington; two sons, Charles and Marvin R. O'Koon; and four grandchildren.

Mrs. O'Koon Is also survived by a sister, Mrs. David Zeidman. Visitation at the funeral home will be after 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Earl H. Owens Sr 74, of 101 S. 30th St, died Monday at Bashford Manor Nursing Home.

He was a retired employee of the old Savoy Theater, and a veteran of World War II. Survivors Include two sons. Earl H. Jr. and Michael C.

yesterday by a garbage truck on the Shawnee Parkway at Muhammad All Boulevard, Louisville police said. Rachelle Edmondson, about 40, of 3234 Herman died of multiple injuries at the scene, according to Deputy Coroner Rosaland Anderson. She said the death was an apparent suicide. Lt. Rick Siclari said witnesses reported that the woman was sitting on the roadway in the middle of an exit ramp, and when the truck approached she ran in front of it.
