She was the. former Susan A. Cook and was a native of Hardin County, Kentucky, member of Ralph Avenue Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband; five daughters, Mrs. Stanley Neal, Mrs.

Coleman Noe, Mrs. John Poston, Mrs. Jim Gvin and Miss Allene Albro; four grand-cnJWn and five great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the- W.

G. Hardy Shively Funeral Home, 4101 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. A 30-year-old man died yesterday evening after falling from his 50-foot citizens band radio antenna tower to the patio below at his home. Billy Gilmore Sexton, of 6914 Sandstone was pronounced dead on arrival at 9:30 p.m. at St.

Joseph Infirmary. He died of head injuries, according to Deputy Coroner Charles Proctor. Gilmore's wife, Phyllis, said her husband had been adjusting the antenna, suspending himself from-it with a rope tied around his waist, before he fell. Sexton operated the Sexton Insulation Co. Also surviving are a son, Dean Sexton; a daughter, Deanna Sexton; his parents, Sgt.

Paul A. Johnson, 22, of New Haven, was killed in action Aug. 4 In South Vietnam, the iamily learned yesterday. Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs.

Watts, Ekron, Mrs. Morton Gannaway and Mrs O. A. Erny 29 grandchildren, and 14 greatgrandchildren. The funeral will be 10 a.m.

Thursday at St. Martin Church, Flaherty, Ky with burial in the church cemetery. The body is at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home, Vine Grove. Robert T. Smith, 39, LaGrange, died Monday afternoon at Kentucky Baptist Hospital.

He was a former resident of Eminence, Ky. Survivors include his wife, the former Deloris Smith, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Norvin Smith, Eminence. The funeral will be at 3 p.m.

Thursday at Ricketts Funeral Home, Eminence, with burial in Eminence Kentucky Marine Killed llf In Indochinese War WASHINGTON (AP) Marine Sgt Richard M. Seymore was listed yesterday by the Pentagon among combat casualties in Indochina. He was killed Aug. 27 Vietnam. Seymore was the son of Mrs.

Myrtle M. Oliver of Princeton, and William" Seymore of Newport, R.I. a.m. Tuesday at Hardin Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Severns Valley Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, William Lawson; three daughters, Mrs. Isabelle Earl and Mrs. Carolyn Hall, both of Elizabethtown, and Mrs. Rosie Nichols, Indianapolis; eight grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 2 p.m.

Thursday at Dixon-Atwood Adkins Funeral Home, Elizabethtown, with burial in Elizabethtown City Cemetery. Mrs. Robert Walker Maddox, 88, died at 3:40 a.m. Tuesday in St. Anthony Hospital.

She had lived in Prospect, until March, when she moved to the Christian Church Home, 942 S. Fourth. She was the former Addie Belle Young. She is survived by a son, Larry Lee Maddox, of Montgomery, a daughter, Mrs. James Collier, of Prospect; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

He was' a former employe of the Hazel-wood Tuberculosis Hospital in Louisville. He is survived by two sisters, Miss Elizabeth Boone, of New Haven, and Mrs. Robert Sims, of Ravenna, Ohio; and a brother, Frank E. Boone. The funeral will be Thursday at 10 a.m.

at the St. Catherine Catholic Church, in New Haven, with burial in the church cemetery. The body is at Greenwell's Funeral Home in New Haven: Mrs. Mame Morris Boulware, of 4104 Winchester Road, died at 2 a.m. Tuesday Twinbrook Nursing Home, 3528 Dutch-mans A sister, Miss Lucille Morris, survives.

The. funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Herbert C. Cralle Funeral Home, Frankfort Burial will be in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Sulphur, Ky.

Mrs. Lucille Boyles Igert, 50, of 613 N. 39th, died at 6:30 p.m. Monday in Methodist Evangelical Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Charles E.

Igert; brother, John Boyles, and four sisters, Mrs. Martha Beasley, Mrs. Gertrude Sowders, Mrs. Christine Thompson and Mrs. Ruth Larkin.

The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Dunn Memorial Funeral Home, 518 N. 26th. Burial will be in Portland Latha Broughton, 70, formerly of Shelbyvifte, died at 7:40 a.m. Tuesday at an Eminence, nursing home.

He was a retired farmer and construction worker and1 a member of Centenary Methodist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Martha Quire, Bagdad, and Mrs. Mrs. Elsie L.

Walther Miller, 75, of 2526 Tennyson died at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at Extendicare of Louisville, 3535 Bardstown Road. She was a member of Christ United Church of Christ, where she taught church school for many years. She belonged to the Order of Eastern Star, Harmony Chapter, and served on the board of the Louisville Protestant Althen-heim. Mrs.

Miller belonged to the 1722 Club and the Senior House. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Wilma Westenhoefer; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Alfred A. Stone, 79, of 2431 Wallace, died at 6:15 a.m.

Tuesday at Friendship Manor Nursing Home in Pewee Valley. She was the former Lottie Hayman. There are no immediate survivors. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Neurath Funeral Home, 725 E.

Market, with burial in Cave Hill Ceme-tery. James B. Taylor, 86, of 2325 Cedar, died at 9 p.m. Monday at Norton Memorial Infirmary. A native c-f Oldham County, Taylor was a retired Pullman porter.

His wife, the former Courtney B. Cross, survives. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Zion Baptist Church, 22nd and Walnut, where he was a member, with burial in Louisville Cemetery. The body will be at A.

Carter, 41, was severely burned when his blow torch accidentally ignited the oily filter of an air-conditioning unit he was repairing at the Parkland Baptist Church, 7206 Old Shepherdsville Road, about 7 p.m. yesterday.

Carter, of 7808 Joyce Drive, was admitted to St. Joseph Infirmary with second- and third-degree burns on his face, chest and both arms. Carter is a trustee of the Parkland Baptist Church. Another church trustee, George B. Wilcutt, 46, of 6006 Apex Drive, who was with Carter at the time, said Carter was heating a gas line of the air-conditioning unit when the blow torch apparently ignited the filter.

Wilcutt said Carter was also burned by the blow torch as he recoiled from the unit which was tightly enclosed by a chain-link fence. Preston, died at 1 p.m. Monday at his home. He was a native of Paris, Ky. Survivors include his wife, the former Ruth Wagner, and a son, John A. Wagner.

Mrs. Frances Radcliffe Muth, ,84, Shelbyville, died at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at King's Daughters Hospital, Shelbyville. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Walker Gibbs, Shelbyville, and two grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. James Episcopal Church, Shelbyville, with burial in Grove Hill Cemetery there. Sherman Napier, 64, of 9309 Acres Lane, Valley Station, was pronounced dead at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at SS.

Mary Elizabeth Hospital. Deputy Coroner Charles Proctor said Napier died of a heart attack. He was a boilermaker at the Louisville Nashville Railroad shops and was a native of Hazard, Ky. Survivors include his wife, the former Hazel Dill; a son, Eugene Napier; his mother, Mrs. Mattie Napier, and two grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at O. D. White Sons Funeral Home, 2727 S. Third.

Market. He was a retired employe of Reynolds Metals Co. Survivors include his wife, Dora Thompson Cruse; a daughter, Mrs. Carl P. Weisenberger; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Neurath Funeral Home, 725 E. Market, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Virgil V. Franklin's funeral will be at 11 a.m.

Thursday at Ratterman's, 2815 S. Fourth, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Franklin, 40, of 2239 S. Shelby, died Monday. Robert Green, 64, of 420 S.

16th, died at 9:30 a.m. Monday at General Hospital. A native of Shelby County, he was a retired hod carrier. A sister, Mrs. Margaret Randolph, survives.

Parker, 95, of 2012 12:10 a.m. Monday at Garland, died at Louisville Man Shot On South Shelby William Searcy, 26, of 1851 Lytle, was shot in the left arm after an argument at a tavern in the 1400 block of S. Shelby about 12:25 a.m. yesterday, Louisville police reported. Searcy, was treated at General Hospital and released.

Police later found a man on the roof of a garage nearby. When he was ordered down, police said, he fled. The man then ignored warning shots and was wounded by police fire. Darrell E. Garrett, 24, of the 200 block of E.
