TITONKA LOCALS (Written for last week) Tommy and Lauri Buffington of Forest City were New Year's Eve and overnight guests in ,tiie home of their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Sexton. New Year's supper guests were Mr. and Mrs. Bob Buffington, Tommy and Laurie, and Mr. and Mrs. .Marcus Heyer. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Daugherty of Cincinatti, Ohio were Monday through Wednesday guests in ,the home of.Mr. and Mrs. John Welhousen. Other Monday through Thursday guests were Mr. and Mrs. Herman Chandler of Dayton, Ohio, Mr. Frank Chandler and Miss Nancy Valu of Lexington, Ky., and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Straub of Le Seuer, Minn. Kris and Garret Straub returned home with their parents on Thursday. They had been visiting .their grandparents for a week. The j guests came for a family holiday celebration. Guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Boekelman on Saturday for a post-Christmas get together and supper were Mrs. Lillia n Graham, Mr. and Mrs. Don Graham and girls, Mark Alphs of Thompson, Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Grahaftn and family of Boone, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Graham and Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Boekelman of Algona. and Mr. and Mrs. William Speicher. Other guests on New Year's Day in the Honken home were Mr. and Mrs. James Honken, Jeffery and Dustin. Jeffery remained to visit for a few days.
