An army spokesman said one patrol killed three members of a guerrilla squad near Ein Yahav, 37 miles south of the Dead Sea. Twenty minutes later a patrol intercepted another group of infiltrators in the same area, the spokesman continued, and three more Arabs were killed. The spokesman said there were no Israeli casualties. The Arabs, the spokesman said, were members of the Al Fatah commando organization, wrich had not been reported op- eiating in the Negev area in some weeks. An army spokesman also announced that an Arab woman was killed and nine others were wounded Monday when Israeli troops opened fire on them in the Gaza Strip town of Rafah. Tne spokesman said the women \v j re demonstrating against a roundup of suspected terrorists and refused to disperse after the soldiers fired warning shots o\vr their heads. In Cairo, President Gamal Aldel Nasser told his new national assembly that Egypt would continue to refuse Israel's demand for direct peace negotiations until all Arab lands are liberated from Israeli control. An Israeli spokesman labeled the speech a continuation ot ' ihe destructive policy which the Arab governments have ad vocated for the past 20 years and which brought their people many tragedies."
