TITONKA LOCALS Beverly Beenken of Cedar Rapids and Donovan Beenken of Forest City were weekend guests in the Richard Beenken home. On Sunday, October 13, the following were at the Ted Van Hove, Sr. home to attend the birthday celebrations of Mr. and Mrs. Van Hove and also to welcome Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Wubben of Independence into the family: Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Van Hove and Allan, Mr. and Mrs. Coray Herrick and Jeremy of Kiester, Minn., Mr. and Mrs. Dan Wubben and Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Wubben and Joey of Independence, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Spear and Kenneth of Wesley, Roger Spear of Woden, Mr. and Mrs. Allan Divits of LuVerne, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Van Hove, Jr. and family of Leland, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Stenzel and 'family of Buffalo Center, Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Van Hove a'nd girls of Cedar Falls, Mr. and Mrs. James Van Hove and family, Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Van Hove, Mr. and Mrs. Darrel Wubben and girls, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Wubben, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur J. Budlong, and Debbie Sachau. Sandra Hoover of Sleepy Eye, Minn, was a weekend visitor in the home Of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Hoover, Jr., and grandmother, Mrs. Rae Harris. Merle Hoover and Earl Knudson left Friday ,to hunt hi South Dakota. They were expected home on Wednesday. On Friday, Mr. and M;s. Tedj Van Hove, Sr. drove to the. Clarence Van Hove home in Kiester, Minn, to meet their new greatigrandson, Jason, who was born Sept. 27. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Van Hove of Everly. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Buffington, Kevin and Perry of Mason City, and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Buffington, Ricky and Jenny were Sunday dinner guests of the Bradford Buffingtons. Mr. Ross Buffington was a n afternoon caller.
