Cox announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Catherine Clara Cox, to Mr. Richard Paul Cody of Lexington, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard E. Cody of Louisville.

Miss Cox, who attended Catherine Spalding College, was graduated from the Louisville School of Art. Mr. Cody was graduated from Bel-larmine-Ursuline College. He will receive a master's degree from the University of Kentucky in May. The wedding will be March 29 at 11 a.m.
