The primary purpose of this revision is to add the States of Florida, Indiena, and Louisiana, to the list of quarantined States.

This revision also adds to the regulated are's parts of the previous nonregulated counties or parishes: Conway in Arkansas; Escambia in Florida; Vanderburgh in Indiana; Richland and Tensas in Louisiana; Claiborne, Jefferson, Panola, Quitman and Washington in Mississippi; Lincoln, St. Charles and St. Louis in Missouri; Beaufort, Edgec onbe, Jones, Ons ow, Pam ico, and Washington in North Carolina; and Henderson and Hardin in Tennessee. Sixth Street, Louisville, Kentucky, is in the development stage of the East Downtown Renewal Area, Project Ky R-11. The Agency hereby invites competitive bid proposals through March 24, 1969 for the purchase of ALL or PART of a tract of land situated approximately 140 feet west of the southwest corner of Floyd and Market Streets, having approximately 144.43 feet frontage on Market Street by approximately 192 feet in depth, and containing approximately 27,731 square feet.
