NOTICE OF VACATION OF ALLEY Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of December, 1908, the Board of Trustees of the City of Covina, did at their meeting on said day, adopt an Ordinance of Intention, numbered 54, to vacate an alley, to wit: To close up, vacate and abandon for street purposes, all that portion of an aiiey, being a public alley of the City Of Covina, of uniform width of eighteen feet, running east and west and the north line of the same being one hundred and seventy-five feet south of the south line of and parallel with Dexter street, from the west line of Citrus avenue on the east, to the east line of , Third street on the west, in block nin- teen of the City of Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in boolt 9, pages 3 and 4, Miscellaneous Records of said county.
