Cubmastcr Howard Ebbers announced that the pack meeting will be held at the school Thursday, Oct. 27, when bobcat and wolf badges will be awarded cubs from all 4 dens according to thoir achievements. Larry Brown, Emanuel Segina- kis and Nile Molt were transferred from den 3 to den one. Mrs. Gregory will be den mother and Scotty Miller new den chief. Mrs. Shaffer will head den 4, Mrs. Redmond den 3 with Gerald Bruce as den chief. Mrs. Warren Dalton remains as den mother of den 2. Farm Mishap Toll Goes On Ackley —Theodore Stubbe, 29, farmer northeast of Ackley, lost all his fingers on both hands in a corn picker accident. He was taken to the Allen Memorial hospital at Waterloo. The young man is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Stubbe. FARMER INJURED IN CORN PICKER Iowa Falls—Harry Silke of Alden, 35, suffered a severe arm injury Tuesday afternoon when his arm was caught in a comshell- er. .His right arm was broken and received a deep gash also. He was? taken to Ellsworth municipal hospital in Iowa Falls.
