The following instructions should be followed out by those attending the next meeting of the Kansas Christian Endeavor Union, which convenes in Kansas City, Kan., May 4, 5 and 6, 1802: The reception committee will try to meet the • delegates at tbe trains, or have a representative to be found in the depot near the ticket office. The delegates coming from the Union depot by the elevated railroad to Kansas City, Kan., will get oft at Minnesota, avenue and walk one block west to the court house, and then walk two blocks north to the First Presbyterian church. Those taking the Union avenue cable cars will get off at the court bouse. The social committee has arranged for social reception for the delegates of the different denominations to be given the second day of the convention, Thursday. May 5th, from .1 to 7 p. m., as follows: All Presbyterian delegates sit the First Congregational church, corner Sixth and Everett avenue. All Baptist delegates at the Christian church, fioil Barnett avenue. All Congregational delegates at the First Presbyterian church. Seventh street and Nebraska avenue. All Methodists (north) delegates at the Seventh Street M. E. church, Seventh street and State avenue. All Christian delegates at the Third Baptist church, Sixth street and No braska avenue. All Methodist (south) and other delegates, not mentioned above, at tho Washington avenue M. E. church, Seventh street and Woshingto n avenue. The singing will be lead by a large chorus under tho direction of one of the best leaders. The convention will be supplied with 1,500 leaflets furnished by the United Society, which contain the best songs selected from the Christian Endeavor edition of the No. 0 Gospel Hymns. Tho advertising committee requests that you co-operate with them in extending information about the convention by securing the publication in your local newspapers of facts in regard to it. Please bring with you your Bible, note book and pencils, if possible a friend, and above all, a heart ready to hear the truth and obey. There will be a oar load of delegates and others from this place, and the present indications point to a large gathering. The state banner now in possession of the society sending tho largest dole gation to the state convention last year will be transferred to the society sending the largest delegation this year.
