Track And Field Jay Silvester threw the discus 206 feet in a practice session for the National Amateur Athletic Union Meet which starts today at Walnut, Cal. The accepted world record is 199 feet, 2V4 inches. It is held by Silvester. One-two finishers in all events of the 74th annual meet will win places on a team to meet Poland in Chicago and then the Russians at Stanford next month. Other Term in Marty Riessen of Northwestern pulled the biggest upset of the National Collegiate Athletic Association Tournament at Stanford, by defeating second seeded Larry Nagler of U.C.L.A, 8 6, 6 2.
