Born March 5, 1 1919, in North Freedom, Ringgold Township, he was the son of Conrad Leroy Minich and Hazel Estella (Boddorf). He was born on the family farm on which he still resided. He was a farmer and of Minich Coal Co.

He was also the director for the United Electric Co-op for 27 years. He belonged to the Jefferson County Farm Bureau; the Hawthorn Lions Club; Masonic Lodge 522, New Bethlehem; Coudersport Consistory; and the Jaffa Shrine in Altoona. Mr. Minich was a member of the North Freedom United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Nora Jane (Hindman) Minich, whom he married on Dec.

23, 1944; a son, John Darl and Eileen Minich II of Mayport; three daughters: Donna Jean Minich, Bend, Victoria Lynn and Scott Shirey, Mayport; Laura A. and Max Mohney, Indiana; a sister, Verna and A.K. Reitz of Mayport; four brothers: Wayne Minich, Brookville; Glenn and Delores Home; Clyde and Joanne Minich, Clarion; Conrad "Jigs" and Jane Minich, Fairmount City; and eight grandchildren, Laura Nash, Jessica Nash, Justin OBITUARIES Eleanor Eleanor Yvonne (Rishel) Duke, 63, of Indiana, died Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2005, at Indiana Regional Medical Center. A daughter of Thorn H.

"Pete" and Laura Velma States Rishel, she was born July 6, 1942, in Clarksburg. Mrs. Duke had worked at Federal Laboratories in Tunnelton. She also worked at Kenbrook Personal Care Home and at Indiana High School in Food Service. She volunteered at Citizens Ambulance Service for nine years where she had donated more than 1,000 hours of service.

She was a member of the Indiana Church of the Brethren. She is survived by her husband, Robert Hughes Duke; a daughter, Jennifer Lynn Duke of Indiana; two brothers, Duane Rishel and wife Donna of Brookville and Ronald Rishel and wife Beverly of Benezette; three sisters: Anna Jean Jennings and husband Leslie, Homer City; Joyce Knepp and husband Henry, Winburne; Mona Bowser, Quakertown; -in-law, Kenneth Bowser of Homer City; a sister-in-law, Peggy Duke Hicks of Winchester, brother-in-law, Byron B. Duke, Coventry, R.I.; a stepsisterin-law, Reba Lois Green of Man- Duke chester, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

www.robinsonlytleinc.com Brenda Fennell Brenda Ann Fennell, 63, of Salina died Sunday, Dec. 25, 2005, at the Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Va. Born Aug. 4, 1942, in Avonmore, she was the daughter of Alton Platt and Grace Caroline McBryar King Smeltzer. She lived in Avonmore and Salina all of her life.

Mrs. Fennell was employed by Steiners Drapery in Saltsburg, Federal Laboratory in Tunnelton, and IGA Market in Leechburg as Bakery manager for the last 16 years. She retired on July 31, 2004. She was a member of the Easter Star Apollo Lodge and past worthy matron at Saltsburg lodge. She was a 1960 graduate of Bell-Avon High School.

Mrs. Fennell is survived by her husband of 44 years, Lynn Adams Fennell of Salina; two daughters, Carolyn Ann Berrier of Chantilly, and Dana Deneen Sauer and husband Daniel of Chantilly; three grandchildren: Austin Lee Berrier, Chantilly; Eric Henry Sauer, Chantilly; Lynne Ryce Sauer, Chantilly; and two sisters, Bertha Sutton of Lower Burrell and Twyla Marckioni and husband Frank of Greensburg. She was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather, Donald C. Smeltzer; a brother, Alton Eugene King; and a sister, Beverly Lucille Cadamore. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m.

www.curranfuneralhome.com Victor Frampton Victor B. Frampton, 82, of Creekside died Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2005, at Indiana Regional Medical Center. A son of John and Pearl (Bartlebaugh) Frampton, he was born March 13, 1923, in Lockville. Mr.

Frampton was a member of the Harmony Grove Lutheran Church in Willet. For 39 years he had worked as a coal miner for Coal Co. He was a member of the FOE of Ford City and the UMWA Local 600 of Rural Valley. He is survived by his wife, Helen L. (Fulton) Frampton of Creekside, whom he married Sept.

29, 1979; four daughters and a son: Victoria Parks and husband Gary, Rural Valley; Dennis Swanson and wife Carol, North Versailles; Shirley Horner, Kittanning; Linda Prugh and husband Larry, Elderton; and Dora Mae Walker and husband Terry, Rural Valley; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three sisters and a brother: Isabel Miller and husband John, Penn Run; Mable Nichols, Indiana; Verna Mae White, Indiana; and Charles Frampton and wife Dorothy, Indiana; and his faithful terrier companion, Shaggy. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Thelma (Wheat) Frampton, in 1972; a son, Francis Frampton; a brother, Emery Frampton; three stepsisters, Octa Spade, Orpha McLaughlin and Jennie Shaw; and a stepbrother, Ernest Pennington. Rose German Rose Ann German, 85, of Commodore, formerly of Dixonville and Michigan, died Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2005, at Bash's Personal Care Home in Commodore.

A daughter of Constantine and Regina (Brugel) German, she was born June 10, 1920, in Wyandotte, Mich. She was a member of the Church of the Resurrection-Clymer site and the former Sacred Heart Parish in Dixonville. When living in Detroit, she had worked as a supervisor for the Fred Sander's Co. for 37 years. After moving to Pennsylvania, she became a very active member of the Dixonville community, having assisted her friend and companion Joe Fetsko in operating the Dixonville Sportsman's Club for many years.

She is survived by two sisters, Theresa Miller and husband Earl and Mary Durell, all of Monroe, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Anne Sanglier; and her companion, Joe Fetsko. Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. today at the Bence Funeral Home in Clymer. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m.

Friday at the Church of the Resurrection-Clymer site. Interment will be in the church cemetery in Dixonville. Ronald Hamilton Ronald Lee Hamilton, 74, of Clymer RD1 died Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2005, at Indiana Regional Medical Center. The son of John Victor and Ruby Elizabeth (McCombs) Hamilton, he was born Sept.

19, 1931, in Indiana. Mr. Hamilton retired after working more than 30 years as an auto mechanic. He married his wife, Mae (Fyock) Hamilton, on Aug. 30, 1958.

Mr. Hamilton is survived by his wife of 47 years; a son, Ivan John Hamilton and girlfriend Michelle Poydence of Clymer RD; two brothers: Roger Hamilton of Indiana and Glenn Hamilton and wife Darla of Clymer RD; and a sister-in-law, Fae Lydic and husband Glenn of Apple Creek, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Rairigh Funeral Home Hillsdale, where a funeral service will be held at 2 p.m.

Saturday with the Rev. Robert Spencer officiating. Interment will follow at the Rowley Cemetery, Hillsdale. Pilgram III and Elizabeth Lyn Pilgram; the daughter of Muriel and the late William Metz; and Dorothy Dorothy H. Renosky, 73, of Home died Monday, Dec. 26, 2005, at Shadyside UPMC Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born April 14, 1932, to Andrew and Rose Varsco Hospodar in Sagamore. Mrs.

Renosky was a member of St. Jude Thaddeus Byzantine Catholic Church in Ernest and was a former member of St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church in Sagamore until its closing in July 2004. She was also a member of the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Sagamore, where she was active in the Marian Society, the Altar Rosary Society, the Evangelization Committee and the Sacred Heart Cemetery Committee. Dorothy was especially active visiting nursing home patients, the sick and many shut-ins from her church community for many years.

She was a very giving person and found great joy in helping and comforting others. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she was devoted to her family. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Michael J. "Hoover" Renosky, Home; a son and two daughters: Michael A. and wife Kathy, Dayton; Susan Cooper and husband James, Home; and Sharon Holsinger, Indiana; six grandchildren: Laura and Michael W.

27, 2005, at St. Andrew's Village. A daughter of Edwin and Flora May Devlin Sharp, she was born Dec. 15, 1917, in Armstrong County. Miss Sharp lived her entire life in Indiana County, where she was a secretary at Ben Franklin Elementary School.

She also worked at Fisher Scientific and Auto Parts Inc. in Indiana. She was a member of the Ben Franklin Teachers Association, a former secretary for the Indiana School Board and a volunteer at the pantry at Indiana Regional Medical Center. Miss Sharp was a member of the Shelocta Community United Presbyterian Church. She was the last surviving member of her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother and two sisters: Florence Sharp and Frances Sharp. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Robinson-Lytle Indiana, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday with Rev. Matt Jones officiating.
