Trauth, 32, of 1135 Lincoln, was fined $100 in Traffic Court yesterday for drunken driving.

Police said the children and another woman were with Mrs. Trauth when they stopped her in the 700 block of Central October 20. Mrs. Trauth admitted she drank half of a half-pint of liquor before leaving her home, but she denied she was drunk. She also was fined $10 for disorderly conduct.

Police said they placed this charge because she became abusive. Mrs. Trauth denied this. She said she tried to kick a policeman because he twisted her arm. Henry Stallings, 49, of 2324 S.

Sixth, was fined $100 for public drunkenness after a charge of drunken driving was filed away.
