A committee of creditors to whom the firm is indebted for $70,789.40 has approved the action, the petition said. The plan will pay 10 per cent of the debts owed by the corporation to creditors of $250 each or more at once. The remaining 90 per cent would be paid under an extended plan, substantially in the form of a stand-by agreement. The money woud be paid annually in an amount equal to 20 per cent of the firm's yearly net profits. Creditors to whom the firm owes less than $250 would receive half of that amount and it would be final settlement.

As far as is known the action was the second of its type filed here. A former petition was filed, but died without action. The petition was filed by Alan Schneider, attorney. 1 XTu 107 S. 3rd St.

R. H. Skinner sued in Circuit Court yesterday to cancel a right-of-way deed they gave the Texas Gas Transmission Company for a pipe line across their farm on Jefersontown-Middletown Road. R. Davis McAfee, their attorney, said he would ask Circuit Judge Scott Miller Monday to hear the case immediately.

The company's natural-gas pipe-line construction is nearing the erty. The suit charges that the deed was signed by Skinner in September, 1948, on "misrepresentation" of its meaning. The owners were paid no money, the suit said, and if the deed is held valid the company will have an interest in the 200-acre farm "superior" to that of the Skinners. The Skinners put the value of the land and the damage at $50,000. McAfee said he would ask Judge Miller to order the construction crews off the land until the case is decided.
