They are getting 1,600 spring-gift boxes ready to be sent by next Sunday to children overseas, and they are packing 1,250 Easter favors for patients at Nichols V.A.

Hospital and the hospital at Fort Knox. In addition they are making over 800 tray favors for local institutions. At Collegiate some of the students are making a large papier mache rabbit, which will be filled with fruit and candy for patients at Nichols. Patients will hold a contest to guess how much candy and fruit is in the rabbit. Members of the Junior Red Cross at other schools are growing plants for Easter gifts and holding contests for the best-decorated Easter eggs, which will be given away later.
